Disappointing Stay – Room Needs Improvement

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making it difficult to relax, especially at night. To make things worse, there were no instructions in the room on how to contact the receptionist, which made it frustrating to get help.

Staff were very pleasant. Close to Rabat Agdal station. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Double glazing in room wasn't very sound proof. Hot water in room wasn't very hot. No body wash in shower dispenser.

Good hotel but poor service

I checked in online beforehand but still had to wait at the desk to check in manually. I was only one hour early at 1pm but the woman on the desk said there were no rooms available yet. However she did give rooms to two other people at that time, so there were rooms available. I only had one day in Rabat and wasted more time later returning from the city to get my room key and collect my bag. The next morning I left early so I had the room for barely one night and much less than the maximum time. It is also not clear on the Accor website when your card gets debited, which is at check-in and not before, that should be specified at the time of booking, that the card is debited at check-in. Apart from that the hotel itself is good and rooms are comfortable, although the price is relatively expensive for Morocco.
