This is my second stay at Ibis Rabat Agdal. And I will say I am extremely happy with the service provided. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The dinner buffet was delicious though somewhat overpriced. The rooms are very clean but a bit small 2 guests. Overall I like this hotel. I will certainly stay there again in the future.

Room is clean, however no one answers the phone at the reception no matter how many time i called. I had to go down to the bar to order tea, i waited 30min and the guy brought me a big teapot and his own glass and was like are you the one who wants tea? Here i can give you a cup of mine! When i refused and asked for a fresh pot of tea, he went and grabbed a small teapot n filled it with the old tea that was in his teapot, brought me a dirty glass and a dirty plate and was like, wash this glass when you get to your room!!!!! I have been to countless accor hotels, never experienced smthg like this. Very disappointed!

The hotel is good but the people working in reception they still have a lot to know about how to deal with a customer. Many situations happened, many times i asked them for a contract to our company as we are frequently chosinh IBIS but no one is interested. Many other situations give bad experience.

Hi all, I'm platinium status with Accord Hotel, having a high trust to this organism. I was really impressed about my experience in Agdal rabat ibis hotel because getting issue to pay remotely. It tooks more than 30 minutes to make the payment process through the authorization payment !! Instead of anticipating the check in as IT service take time for that process, they prefer that we wait in the reception. Please try to progress this process !! Never had this kind of issue during all my travels with Accord Hotel

The room is cramped, too small and there air conditioning was not working. The room was exceptionally hot, it was only possible to either switch on or off the air conditioning. When I opened the window for air, the traffic noise, people talking and dog barking made it impossible to sleep. One of my worst hotel stays. In the last 1 year, this was the first time I stayed in a hotel, hoping it would be relaxing and pleasant. Extremely disappointed. Also the breakfast was not much to talk about - below average food quality and options.

I reserved at Ibis Agdal because of a positive experience 2 years ago with my family of 6. This time, I was disappointed by the welcome and the communication with management. Before reserving, I confirmed by telephone and email that 2 rooms could accommodate my family of 6. When I arrived, there were only two single beds in each room. The rooms were not big enough to add a third bed and still be able to walk around. No apology, no trying to find a solution. I was asked to take a third room and not offered any discount for the inconvenience. The reception and manager were nonchalant and unpleasant the rest of my stay. If the communication had been better, perhaps I would have made the choice to reserve three rooms or have chosen another hotel that had a better price for our group. Also, the night we chose to eat at the restaurant, we learned that there is no service before 8pm. No flexibility was offered our family. One morning the breakfast chairs were all covered in crumbs from the previous group...worrying signs of poor cleaning during a pandemic.

The restaurant is open from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the snack bar service takes over when the restaurant is closed, at any time we can eat at home as in all ibis in Morocco. The tables and chairs were probably dirty and this is quite normal after two groups have passed, it takes a little time to clean the place, and I think you may have noticed that there were people there. at the hotel and at the restaurant. Tell you about the manager that he was unpleasant and nonchalant, I just confirm that the manager was not at the hotel during the period of your stay from January 23 to 25, 2021. Aircon was not working -it can work only one way hotel manager decides whether your room should have cool or hot temperature -cannot be selected in room ! reception team tried to explain air conditioning issue but cannot resolve it -location is not very good /train noise from station and empty junkyard not a good view !
