There no fridge in the room and aircon not working

My room was dirty and was obliged to call the police in order to find a solution for me ! I used to stay at this hotel few months ago , it was clean and amazing ...but now it's a disaster everything is dirty , even the elevator's door , the parking garage !!!

This is my second stay at Ibis Rabat Agdal. And I will say I am extremely happy with the service provided. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The dinner buffet was delicious though somewhat overpriced. The rooms are very clean but a bit small 2 guests. Overall I like this hotel. I will certainly stay there again in the future.

Aircon was not working -it can work only one way hotel manager decides whether your room should have cool or hot temperature -cannot be selected in room ! reception team tried to explain air conditioning issue but cannot resolve it -location is not very good /train noise from station and empty junkyard not a good view !
