we had a wonderful week, the staff at the restaurant (breakfast and Dinner) and the milesime club were absolutely fantastic. A real big thank you to Nadia in the milesime club and her colleague from earlier in the week who would heat up our baby's food every lunchtime and evening. the cleaning lady also needs to be mentioned, she was fantastic.

With around 40 days accumulated this year in Sofitel Rabat, I feel like it is a second home for me. Very good attention and personalized services. I would thank some persons for their high quality service and engagement : Nadia from Millenium club who makes me feel very comfortable and Hasna feom customer care in reception desk who is always taking any request and answer to any question.

Had a problem with the booking as the staff couldnt locate the reservation. After numerous talk with the staff and the agency i booked with, i was left in limbo. It took 24 hours and and an email that i wrote to the hotel contact address to finally resolve the problem. Seems to me that the staff did not really try to resolve the issue right away or maybe they didt have the tools necessary to do it which would shift the blame on the hotel booking system. Overall Ok service but honestly the value does not justify the price other maybe than the great location and the wonderful Garden. What a great view in the wee hours of the day from the balcony. Thank you .

I had a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel was perfect right next to beautiful forest ans Park and 20min by foot to Agdal (shopping and restaurant district). The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, always finding a solution to everything:) A big thank you to all of them! The fitness center was great too !

I stayed in the Sofitel in Rabat for three nights and enjoyed the stay there. The hotel was really nice and gave me a very good feeling. The staff was always here for me and they helped me with everything I asked for. Abdellah showed me some directions and answered a lot of my questions about Morocco. The housekeeping was also very friendly and they did a great job cleaning my room. Especially Zineb and Tourghane which cleaned my room, they were really good and polite and even helped me when I needed something. I can recommend the Sofitel in Rabat and will go there again when I should travel through Rabat.

Only 3 hangers in the room, 2 of which occupied by bathrobes. Where do I put my clothes? During check out ladies printed invoices more than 5 times with wrong addresses Sydney and Swaziland instead of Switzerland. Still, much better than Sofitel Casablanca. Safe closed in the room on arrival.
