I recently had a long term stay at the Sofitel. Since I've been staying there numerous times on long term stays, the staff were again extremely welcoming, especially the guest relations office. I was there for a number of special occasions and each was appropriately remembered and celebrated. Excellent service...keep it up!!

I was in a suite that smelled mold more particularly inside the shower. I noticed the water was leaking from the shower to the outside against wall under sink whee i am sure there is a lot of mold. I notified front desk as soon as i checked in. I also found a hand towel full of blood in the closet. Overall the room needed much better cleaning and even a face lift. I visit the hotel regularly and with new hotels coming to Rabat you must keep the competitive edge!!

Room smelled like strong cleaning fluids, specially the sheets. Like ammonia! Housekeeping was not consistent in their cleaning and wouldnt bring extra towels when I asked for them. Flies in my room. Had to ask for milk for my coffee 5 different times to 5 different people before it was finally brought to my room.

Great staff. Aziza in the front desk was very helpful and she made a difference in our stay. We will return for a longer stay. Zainabe the waitress at the Golden Fish restaurant was also an outstanding server.

Room was good but bathroom was not so good - tap was not working properly. Although I fought my way through it. Breakfast is a bit aver crowded at 0800. Mora table would be nice (even outside with a proper heater)

Hotel is in an amazing setting, beautiful garden and next to park and residential area. Rooms have been renovated and look nice. But they are not cleaned thoroughly. Lots of dust on wall panels, around coffee machine, the bed, the closet, bathroom shelves, etc. Would deserve thorough cleaning. Staff is great, extremely kind even though housekeeping service is super slow and not consistent. It took over an hour to have a hair dryer, towels are not always replaced. It would be great to be more consistent and systematic, and turn down service would be a great plus. Room service was impeccable and food was delicious.

My colleagues booked this hotel for my business travel and extended my reservation due to meetings. I had to argue with the front desk staff to obtain the late checkout promised me. The hotel is dated and needs renovating. One bright spot is the breakfast restaurant staff that are lovely and helpful.

Always extremely well received. All services SPA and restauration are top level. I would recommend though to pay attention to details in the rooms. There is always an issue with either lightning, curtains etc.

At the check-in we were given a room with smudged desk, flies in the room and smudged cups after a struggle of 45 mins they finally gave us a different room nothing changed only problems were different kettle was dirty and seemed used by previous guest and now there was no bathtub at all. Really disappointed, we had Sofitel Casablanca which was no different and Sofitel Marrakech which was good although the warmth was missing and quality on the bedding was terrible. Please spend few extra bucks to pick a better brand.
