Overall comfort and friendly staff with a professional service. Me and my wife enjoyed every minute of our stay. The facilities, though some were unavailable because of the health issues, great. The food was excellent .

Horrible experience at sofitel rabat this time (which wasnt our first). Checkin took too much time, they gave us a bad room claiming the hotel was full whereas it wasnt the case. We told them to add the booking few minutes later to our Accor account and they refused so we had to complain so many times later that day to get that done and also apply our member price (which they did not apply automatically). When checking the next day (since it did not even show on our account), we found out that they book a different membership number (or didnt put it at all, who knows). Plus the lady at the reception was not friendly at all. We ended up changing the hotel the next morning instead of staying for the full 7 nights.

Awesome location and staff, the floors and rooms need serious renovation please - 3 rd floor is so ugly , carpets stained and rooms with broken amenities, please renovate that hotel and restaurants and add a kids club, it is so beautiful. Thank you!

Was extremely happy with housekeeping team, rooms were always found clean and towels changed. Loved the shower supplies, not all hotels provide supplies that smell really good. First day breakfast, as part of COVID precautions had to wear gloves to serve myself, however the gloves provided were small for my hand and I was not comfortable to hold plate with glove that did not fit my hand. The next day they changed the gloves and provided latex gloves that were bigger size Took me 2 hours to get my room service order delivered to the room. Kept reminding them, the person on the phone said he would follow up and call me back but he did not call back. I assume it was because of understaffing level. Water provision to the rooms is poor, only 2 small bottles, one still water and one sparkling for 2 people in the room. I drink more water and when I requested to provide at least 4 bottles (2 per person) they refused saying that this is the hotel rules. Ended up buying my own water.

My favorite hotel in rabat which I really enjoy the stay, the staff and the environment. In Sofitel jardin des roses rabat, the hotel employees treated me like a princesse . Very disappointed with my stay, service was below average - - We waited 1h30 for our dishes at the Golden Fish restaurant, the set up of the table was not finished and no waiter noticed that we were missing plates, glasses, napkins , forks and knives. - waiters were nice when asked to do or bring something but you would expect the staff to be on the lookout and not wait for the customer to ask for basic stuff - I was chilling near the swimming pool around 11:30 am and asked for a coffee and 3 diet cokes ...the guy told me that they are too busy setting up for lunch...unbelievable. - In general amenities are poorly maintained or not maintained at all : the tennis court is a mess - the fountains have stagnant water and mosquito larva, curtains have holes in the rooms... I shared the above feedback with the staff at check out - I really hope that you will take into account this and invest in the training of the staff and in the maintenance and renovation.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, and spacious, but outdated. Sadly some of the restaurants were closed, so i didn't get to experience all that to hotel had to offer

We spent two weeks total in Morocco and we traveled a number of cities, but nowhere were we as comfortable as at Rabat Jardin des Roses. As a same-sex couple, not only we felt safe but also welcome. The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, provided us with impeccable accommodations. Specifically, we would like to command Hasnaa Yassine and her team for raising the bar when it comes to hospitality and for anticipating our every need. Truly impressive service with a genuine human touch. Merci.

We stayed for one transit night here and felt most refreshed by our stay. The hotel exudes class and elegance. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Decor and furnishings are excellent. Our room had a garden view that was mesmerizing. Room was well equipped and things worked as expected - except the AC thermostat control seemed not to work. We got a welcome drink in the bar, a sanitization kit, lots of free water, wifi etc. the grounds are beautiful and make this an oasis of peace. We did not eat dinner but did eat breakfast which was a huge spread. All in all, an excellent stay!

Every thing was just perfect except the room ac was turned of due to COVID 19 as we were told by the hotel staff . The concierge team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Indeed it is the best option while I am in Rabat .
