I spent three weeks in this hotel during a business trip this past May and it is absolutely perfect. The staff was above and beyond nice and the rooms very comfortable. The hotel also has very nice amenities. Special thanks to Najat and Habiba from the 4th floor house keeping crew. They really made sure my stay was comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure my room had everything it needed and was clean and stocked all the time. They even came back before they left everyday to ask if I needed anything else. Thank you also to the staff at the Abre Bar and the front desk. I had an amazing stay.

Literally one of the best hotels , especially the spa section , with all the sport equipment and amazing courses , and a big respect to ayoub the coach , literally the best coach out there with all the good motivation and the effort he puts into his courses . Very recommended if u visit there .

Rude attitude and lack of respect and unprofessional from the SPA manager Bouchra

Dear all, So disappointed with the attitude and behavior of the SPA manager Bouchra , as I’m a member they stopped me today at the reception, the reception staff told me you are not allowed to renew your contract ! For what reason ? And she said that as per SPA manager Bouchra I supposed to be stopped by the security !!! For what I don’t know!!! This is how you treat your customers I’m really in shock this is en acceptable more over I will not stop here till I get a classification of what happened to me. I hope you will take this seriously however this is so rude and not professional at all

What a wonderful experience. From start to end excellent property and excellent staff. Staff has been well trained for hospitality and looking after the guests. I will specially like to thank Ms Hasnaa who was very helpful with all our requests at the check in. Ms Sara, Ms Hasaania and Mr Amine were very supportive and help us with excellent service and help. The hotel grounds are amazing with excellent facilities. Could give more than 5 stars to the staff.
