My Sofitel stay and experience was nothing but fantastic and comfortable. Every encounter with employees was wonderful. From Sarah and her colleagues at the front desk who helped out with a billing issue to Said from the bar who was friendly and remembered what our drink preferences were. The breakfast is lavish with plenty of options. The folks working at breakfast were kind and friendly and quickly learned our orders. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are clean and well maintained. With pools, a gym and live music almost every night, there’s always something to do. The Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses is where you want to go for great service, relaxation and 5 Star experience.

A fuller review of the hotel will follow but I wanted to focus special attention on the Millesime Lounge on the 8th floor and Nadia in particular The lounge is really well appointed and comfortable with a varied and ever changing buffet arrangement of food. It has a well stocked set of refrigerators with soft drinks and if requested you may also have several spirits But the star of the show is Nadia. She is so attentive, professional, pleasant and focused on ensuring an exceptional high standard of customer service. If you stay at the hotel, and you should, then make sure you get a booking with access to the Club Lounge Millesime You will not be disappointed!

I have to admit that I was initially a bit skeptical at the beginning of my stay, as excellent service is something I hold in very high regard, and I’ve been fortunate to experience this in many places. However, reflecting on my time here, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The level of service I received far exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful. The slightly higher Swiss prices are more than justified when considering the outstanding service provided. I would like to personally express my sincere gratitude to several individuals who made my stay exceptional. A special thank you to Hassnaa Yassine (Guest Relations Manager), who took incredible care of me throughout my stay. The reception team, particularly Hassnaa and Rabia, were also exceptional. The breakfast team was fantastic, with special mention to Chalab Mohammed, Mohammed Selloune, Saad Benhemou, Salahedinne, and all others whose names I didn’t manage to note down. I cannot forget the amazing team at the Amber Bar—my deepest thanks to the Beverage Manager and his entire team, who treated me with great hospitality every evening. A heartfelt thank you to Othman, who went above and beyond to bring joy to both me and my sister. Additionally, the housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day, and I’m very grateful for their hard work. However, I do need to address two points of concern. First, there was an incident with a security staff member at the So Lounge who, on two occasions over three consecutive days, denied me access to the hotel despite my showing the hotel card. While I understand the need for security checks, the manner in which this was done felt intentionally condescending and left me feeling offended. Secondly, I was disappointed by the behavior of the pool attendants. After waiting over an hour for an order that never arrived, one of them argued with me, claiming that their job was solely to hand out towels. I must commend Osama for how he handled the situation after I contacted Hassnaa Yassine, and I would also like to express my appreciation for the gentleman from the pool restaurant who served me daily—though, unfortunately, I did not catch his name. Mr. Osama is aware of the individual I’m referring to. Overall, despite these few issues, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the exceptional service provided by so many members of the staff.
