Only 3 hangers in the room, 2 of which occupied by bathrobes. Where do I put my clothes? During check out ladies printed invoices more than 5 times with wrong addresses Sydney and Swaziland instead of Switzerland. Still, much better than Sofitel Casablanca. Safe closed in the room on arrival.

The breakfast need improvement, it need to add some more different food.. the women work on cleaning the room they make some noises when they are working ..

I come to the hotel since many years. Love it and love the hospitality. Only this time one of the porters was very aggressive. I had booked a hotel and he was not amused because he wanted to send a taxi that he would recommend. When our taxi arrived he created a scene because the taxi driver was not allowed to park in front of the hotel knowing that he had done this all previous times without any issues. We had a lot of luggage so it was the best spot to park. This is very unfortunate and it ruined our nice stay at the end.

Great stay, nice people working there. Otherwise, truly recommended. I always stay at the hotel since many years. I had only issues with the porter at the door. Very unfriendly man who had an argument with our taxi driver.

I decided to come to the Sofitel after a traumatic experience that left me without housing in Rabat, Morocco. The moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. Everyone was quick to help out. The kind man that brought my room service even took some time to teach me word (related to my meal) in Arabic.

We are far from a 5 stars quality hotel. The rooms and rooms floors are ageing and that the least i can say... The breakfast service is terrible, the waiters are slow and not very polite. Finally, the ground floor communal area and the garden are a very nice showcase of the hotel but do not reflect the quality of the upper floors.

Overall my trip was good, you guys have wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast restaurant, I wasn’t satisfied with room service at all the last couple days, I ordered a sea food pizza well done, and most of the sea food on it wasn’t fresh at all, and another time wasn’t cooked well done like I asked for it and of course I had to pay for it even I complained and I didn’t eat it. My wife and I went down to the reception cafe to relax and the server was very rude and not a professional guy at all, we called him to bring us the menu and he talked to us very rudely. Like we’ve been sitting there for a long time and he came to us and we told him no we don’t want anything but instead we just came down from our room, and even if we were sitting there he didn’t have the right to talk to us that way. We paid and we left the lounge. Thank you for the service again and hopefully we’ll come back again
