Very nice hotel and nearly everything was excellent. Only 2 negatives come to mind. 1) No AC in the hotel in January - the room was hot and I had to sleep with the patio door open. I was on the 6th floor so felt safe, but not sure everyone would. 2) Gym opens at 7am. Except all the treadmills are shut down and since no staff arrive until 8am, you have to figure out how to turn on the power switch beneath the machines by yourself. No gym towels available in the morning - perhaps if staff were around they could provide. Gym facility itself just OK, and again, it was hot.

Excellent location for a stop in Rabat both for business and tourism. Good choice of hotel restaurants inside the hotel. Large external swimming pool area and luxurious garden. Very kind staff and high level of services starting from a magnificent breakfast !

Old and tired but still a gem and a Rabat favourite. Under refurbishment, the hotel has now stiff competition with new openings in the area but the garden and the location remain an asset. They are losing trained staff to competitors and it shows but it remains my favourite on Rabat.

Very nice place to stay. Nice and very vlean room with good bed! Combination of luxury and friendly people who work there always good👌. Also very clean and good food. Breakfast with a lot choices and really traditional foods in all restaurants. This is the reason when i m in Morocco i always like to come this place to feel comfortable luxury and at the same time traditional Moroccan vibes
