The shower in the room did not work properly,then the drain was blocked. Mini bar was empty. I had booked for 3 nights and had to cancel after one.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the grounds are beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and in particular Jamal Laajili who assisted us with breakfast; he provided excellent recommendations and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The most beautiful grounds and lobby. Service is always good at any Sofitel. This trip we were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. The front desk managers Leila, Amina and Hasmaa sent up a beautiful birthday cake with 2 of the sweetest servers, Muraud and Abderfattah, who sang happy birthday to her. The bell men, Zniber and Zeraa helped us with translation and taxis. All around great service.
