It was not about the place but the people. I travel all over the world and if I have to pick one favorite place it will be the Sofitel Jardin des fleurs. What an amazing team, very kind, professional caring and attentive. I really enjoyed every minute of my long stay. The stuff team made it so special and safe. Thank you for all you do! Every thing was just perfect except the room ac was turned of due to COVID 19 as we were told by the hotel staff . The concierge team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Indeed it is the best option while I am in Rabat .

a room upgrade gone downgrade

My wife and I have booked a junior suite. once at the hotel and as a diamond member, we were offered an upgrade to a prestige suite on the second floor. unfortunately, this upgrade end up being down grade as the suite was very old, the carpet was old and had burn spots, electrical cable coming out of the wall in the bathroom near the mirror etc... we've got the sense that this room was not being used for a while nor prepared. However, the staff, the food, early & late check out and all other services were excellent and remarquable. we were just disappointed with the room.

Hotel rooms and facilities are all aging. Not worth the 5 stars and/or Price. The entire hotel need a major upgrade; especially the rooms. Holes and scratches in almost every walls of the room and bathroom.....

- Good process for the check in and check out - breakfast choice very limited (3*, 4* hotels) - breakfast waiters very professional and kind - engineering to provide more attention ( we asked to have someone to fix the shower holder in the reception they said he will here in few seconds but never show up ) - room are very basic one water bottle provided per stay no fruits no VIP set up as we’re talking about a 5 stars hotel - each time you take shower be ready for some gymnastics to dry the floor because water will be everywhere

It was so good to stay during this hard covid time. People there are really nice that always ready to serve , food also tasty. The thing I loved the most were swim pools. Room was absolutely clean, that maid came to clean everyday. But it get a little uncomfortable when they don’t knock the door sometimes while I still sleep. Or perhaps because it wasn’t installed bell. But generally it was very nice experience to stay.

very disappointed in many aspects of the hotel. room lacked the regular aminities it usually has, we found an already open bottle of water, when I point to the shortfall, instead of inspecting they just brought a new one. one slippers in a double occupancy room, no tea, we had to ask for coffee pods, cups were not cleaned. Apparently restaurant was open for breakfast, we were told by 3 different people at reception that breakfast was only served at room only to find that it's not true at checkout time. pool area did not have towels, they accepted outside people who had lunch and we could not find a place to relax, received dirty towel at the pool, a torn up one... I could write 3 pages but I will stop here
