The spa manager ruined my stay

I asked in the reception during the check-in if my children can use the internal pool and they told me yes just to be always accompanied by myself. The last day I found the SPA Manager her name is Bouchra with a very rude attitude telling me it is not allowed and I told her that this was allowed all the last days and the reception team and the spa team told me that is ok she replied with a very impolite way these people know nothing as I am the responsible here

Overpriced, poor service

The hotel is overpriced and do not correspond to the relevant level. The staff did not inform us about the spa availability and told nothing about the hotel and any amenities, only gave us the keys and informed on breakfast hours. Jacuzzi in the spa did not work, overall spa area does not look clean and uninvitingly. The room cleanness also was not perfect - dust on the shelves, fingerprints.

Good location very green and easy access to motorway - but the rooms are dated and tired for a 5 stars.. Pool and spa areas are also needing of an upgrade.. staff lovely at el patio

Poor choices for breakfast Room needs serious renovations Staff at the breakfast place were not paying attention, maybe because they’re overloaded. Took a lot of time to get a coffee or any other request Floor Corridors & Elevators are in bad condition and needs renovation Bed frame even broke while I was sleeping

Check-in staff very friendly and efficient. Room cleanliness acceptable. TV was slightly misaligned (Room 206) but functioned ok. Mini-bar was empty, no spare bottles of water in the room. Breakfast cold cuts of ham not available as always. Otherwise not bad at all.
