This was my first trip to Morocco and Rabat and the hotel was amazing. I have absolutely nothing but great things to stay about the hotel, the services and the staff. I communicated with Ahmed from the Concierge before my arrival and he was so attentive and made tour and restaurant arrangements for us. He met us on arrival which was so nice. We had rooms with access to the Millesime lounge on the 8th floor and the manger Nadia was there to meet us everyday after our meetings with a cold drink and some wonderful snacks. She was amazing and made us feel so welcome in Rabat. It was like having our own living room to visit every evening. I would definitely recommend the rooms with lounge access. All 3 restaurants on the property are fabulous. We had breakfast everyday in El Patio, and had dinner at both Al Warda and Golden Fish, both very good. The hotel pool and gardens were lovely after long days to relax for a bit. It was an amazing stay, everything was perfect.

We were staying for two days. We received a (nice) room upgrade (I am Accor member). The lobby of the hotel is very nice but our room - all is working - was a bit "used". Which means, that areas in the e.g. bath room were clean and working but looking old an used.

The Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses has beauty around every corner. With 4 Riads, beautiful lamps, great service, a delightful jazz bar, and a delicious breakfast, every minute of the stay was a delight!

The staff at check-In was not professional, they needed to block EUR 2200 from my credit card, even it was clear that my company is the one paying all my expenses and there was not even a mini bar in the room, it took me 30 minutes to solve this problem and in the end they blocked around EUR 900. I should not face this problem as a start of my stay.
