This was an amazing experience. From the initial warm welcome, we knew we made the right choice. The smells on entry made us feel in a special place. The vast and clean lobby made a grand impression. The pools are exceptional, but there is one key point to note: the website says the pools are open until 8, but when we took our child there at 7:15, we were told the pools already closed by 7pm. This is very bad to plan around, and our child was very disappointed for missing out on the only chance at pool time. The people though are what makes this especially important: Shayma on check in, Nadia on club floor, and Sufyan at Golden Fish are particularly memorable. The suite was very nice and well laid out, but there were a few things that made the room feel outdated and needs to be improved: the sliding doors don't work well and don't close or lock, the window blinds get stuck and need to be pulled, and the carpet and walls show signs of wear.

We booked at short notice as a quick honeymoon, the hotel decorated the room with flowers. We booked a suite and it didn’t disappoint, we also made of the spa services and thoroughly enjoyed. Food was also excellent with a variety of items for breakfast and room service portions were generous. Staff promptly attended to our needs like connecting the tv to laptop using hdmi and providing fresh milk for coffee. Highly recommend!
