The hotel is overall very deteriorated. The hotel room and furniture was breaking down, smelling cigarettes, stains on the carpets, marks on walls, doors poorly closing and AC not working properly.

I always like my stay at Mercure Shéhérazade Rabat. I have been staying there whenever I have to be in Rabat. I would recommend that the floor and stair covers be changed.

It's the most of my beautiful experiences in my life, people here will make you feel like home, absolutely you'll feel comfortable, the smile can't remove from people faces, it's really so good that you come here, trying the delicious food and drink nd any other services will make the time fly and absolutely you'll feel sad when it's time to say goodbye.

Stinky, humid and hot rooms. I changed the room twice to find an acceptable one at the end.

I was surprised by the cleaning staff didn't pay attention to clean the room 311 carpet from Urine. I checked in the room and i was devastated by the stinky odor that comes from the carpet. I had to change the room, still the second room 105 was humid that you can smell humidity and hard to breathe. The A/C was not working. I requested another change for a second time I got room 103. It was less humid and the AC worked less than expected. All this costed almost 80 euro for the night. It's non sens. It was the worst experience for me. However the receptionist gentleman was super nice and helpful. He carefully managed to assists me until to find a suitable room.
