We are pensioners and we don't eat much of breakfast for the price you charge. So next time if we stay at Novotel we won't be having breakfast there.

We were there during TC Alfred. At no time did we feel unsafe. The hotel was operating on limited staff but were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to return one day and experience it differently.

The cleaning service was bad, they didn't take out the trash, the room smelled bad, the elevator smelled bad too.

Went there during storm,rooms were clean and well equipped, but a little pricey as i didnt have a chance to research. Had car park as well,as an extra cost, but i would recommend in a excellent location.

We booked for a relaxing week at Surfers to escape Melbourne. The staff and management of the hotel were amazing as we collectively faced the challenges of Cyclone Alfred. Their attention and caring for us the patrons whilst facing their own issues about families and homes was beyond compare and certainly exceeded many other venues on Surfers. Cannot give them a high enough rating
