Novotel Surfers Paradise is undergoing an exterior building upgrade, including painting and other improvements.
While these upgrades are underway, the pool will be closed on weekdays until 4 pm but available for guest use from 4 pm to 10 pm. On weekends, school holidays, and public holidays the pool will remain open all day. Alternative pool options are also available nearby.
Minimal noise may occur, but we're committed to keeping it as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding

The stay was not what we expect from a 4 star establishment. Firstly , cleanliness of thr bathroom was not up to scratxh , with mould around the tub. 2. Shower gel was empty on arrival , had to call and ask . On tje first day after putting the sigh outside , only the cups were replaced , beds were not made bin was not emptied. Had to call again , someone came to make the beds and said they will come back to clean out the trash, thay never happened. Had to write a note . I didnt expect basic stuff to be not done.
