I stayed here 3 times the last couple of months mostly because it was much cheaper than the other hotels in the area. The hotel its well located and the room has a nice view to the beach, however this stay the room was very noisy from the street until about 2 or 3am. I came back anyway, because most of the days I work during the night and I just finish working about this time anyway. The other hotels they offer complimentary barista coffee for Diamond members but not here. But the most upsetting was during my current stay ( I'm here now). I have a 2 days pre paid booking and I got to check-in at the hotel at 2:30am to check in after work, as I usually do and the lady couldn't find my booking. The other gentleman said that the cut off time was at 2am and they had cancelled my booking. I had worked in many hotels before and stay in many other accorhotels as a Diamond member and I never heard of such a thing. Definitely not coming back. Its preferable to pay more somewhere else

We do have specific policies in place, and I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after a long night of work. Location is Excellent 'perfect for walking to beach and Cavil Ave has everything u need for holiday stay.Also motel has cafe and dining' very good experience.Theme parks in good distance.Family had a awesome stay 'room was extremely spacious with extremely comfy beds .Over all one of the best motel stays with the most awesome view of surfers paradise beach 🙌

Not a great experience this time (my 5th stay) TV didn't work in one room so had to get moved with zero assistance, phone calls unanswered as understaffed and busy. then had a terrible experience with guests in room 3010 - absolutely shocking with their partying all night.

No loyalty achnoledgement at check in, room wasn't held, no welcome amenity provided, room had issue with heating, and no upgrade offered or mentioned. Just a generally blah arrival experience.

It appears the room was booked on the day of arrival, but this should not have affected the service you received. I also apologise that we were unable to offer an upgrade — we were fully booked at the time, and no upgrades were available. I will share your feedback with the Front office manager.
