Changed rooms dye to problems. .Great room No 2. Fantastic bed ..management just needs to improve cleaning standards in hallways and rooms as well as oom maintenance.,which I spoke to them about. Management accepted that and will act onit. Thankyou mr Ali.. a greater hotelier listens to customers and acts . Mr Ali is a good hotelier

As a repeated guest, I'm happy to say this stay was much better than my last one. It was a really enjoyable experience. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team. Sanjeev, Hamas, and Anno from F&B were friendly, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable. Shiva from Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The excellent service and genuine hospitality from these staffs made all the difference. Thank you for making this visit a memorable one, I look forward to returning again.
