I recently stayed at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie for a 4-day, 3-night business trip, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. ​The room was incredibly comfortable, neat, and had a pleasantly fresh scent that made unwinding after a long day of work effortless. The front desk team set a warm tone right upon arrival with their welcoming demeanor and smooth check-in process. ​The dining experience was equally impressive. The F&B staff were consistently attentive to guests' needs, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of food options. ​Overall, the service and facilities fully live up to the high standards expected of the Mercure brand. It was a productive and comfortable stay, and I would certainly return for future business trips

But i just want to add on that hotel could sell mineral water at their hotel restaurant or room service. I find it difficult for me to drink . Cause hotel dont sell mineral water, i need to order from grab for drink mineral water . Hopefully hotel will serve mineral water cause since last year i stay at this hotel and this year same problem. No mineral water at all . Other than this everything was smooth for 1 week i stay at the hotel. Staff so nice and friendly . Food was delicious like last year.

it is mostly comfortable stay but after using the bathroom/ bath tub there is some smell in the bedroom area, this may be last for 1 hour. the same the next day. maybe the hotel team can assign a staff to stay in the room for one night to investigate this. i couldn't use the shower caps because they disintegrated? like old plastics. other than that everything was nice, staff were helpful and friendly. foods could be better.

Room is fine. Location a bit outskirt but manageable. My main issue is the towels and laundry services. I stayed for 5 days. Every time the new towels came with some form of stains. Not clean enough from previous wash. I have to chase reception for my daily laundry and they usually drag until 9pm to deliver them.

The shower foam (foam bath) dispenser in my room was not working. It was semi-detached from the wall and it could not dispense shower foam. I informed the front desk around 5.30pm about it and requested them to resolve it. When I got back at night, it was still unresolved.

I generally do not leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience could have been handled differently. I was staying at the hotel and had received my daily lunch from Saujana Hotel as part of my company’s meal arrangement. As I only returned to the hotel after 2pm, I wanted to reheat the meal rather than throw it away. I approached the Restaurant Manager, Nazri, at Warna Restaurant to ask if I could use a microwave. I explained that the food was halal-certified and provided by Saujana Hotel. However, I was informed that the restaurant could not accommodate the request and was directed to a convenience stall, "my news", approximately 15 minutes away to reheat the food. I ended up throwing away 5 days worth of lunch and ate out instead. I understand that the hotel may have its own food-handling policies. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could consider providing a microwave for in-house guests, perhaps with separate facilities for halal and non-halal food where appropriate. I hope this feedback can be considered as an opportunity to improve the convenience and overall experience for guests with similar needs.

The room size is small but cozy. Setup is fine. Just the toilet seat got old stain marks. Also the bathroom wall is not clean, dirt stain. Breakfast spread is good. But the taste can be improve. Reception staff is very polite and professional, but need improvement on breakfast cafe.
