Good and spacious property . Nice variety breakfast . Awesome location , nice beach facing property. Missed few small things like no Chef approached for feedback or request . Too much chlorine in swimming pool and pool timings were very limited . Not many inside activities within resort , just one fooseball table . Overall decent but missed

The staff were genuinely warm and friendly, and we really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel throughout our stay. The peaceful surroundings, good food and overall atmosphere made our time here even more enjoyable. We had a really good experience and made some beautiful memories. Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again.

Every detail felt so well thought through - from the impeccable upkeep of the rooms to the genuine warmth and the tireless efforts of all your staff members who made our stay so comfortable. A special thank you for making my wife's birthday celebration so memorable while we really felt cared for. I was particularly impressed by the amazing landscaping and the perfect choice and blend of flora around the rooms and pathways. It brings such a calm, beautiful Goan charm to the entire property. One can just spend time in the sit outs or the lawns and just unwind in moments. Kudos to the teams taking care of all the lush green areas - the property is so beautifully maintained. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dennis D'Costa - General Manager, for his kindness in upgrading us to the suite and for all the lovely amenities provided - It meant a lot to us more than just a surprise. Would also extend a big thank you to Priyanka in the reservations for initiating our last minute reservation request without any delays and with such efficiency. We are a family of 4. My wife, my mother, my 2 year old kid and myself. Our time at the property was hassle free and without any problems. Best part, other than the amazing location, was that the hotel is very kid friendly. We could easily get our kid's bottles sterilised. The breakfast was something all of us used to look forward to each morning. The whole chef team does an impeccable job at creating such tasty dishes with lots of variety. Sadly I only had time to converse with Mr. Hans, the chef who was in the dining area everyday looking after the guests. The housekeeping team is always on time be it in the early morning or late at night. I'll always remember our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia because it was the first time I took my daughter out for a vacation.

Our room was sea facing and few meters away from sea shore so Stay was very comfortable and relaxing, we extended our stay one more day. Food was good in SeaGull restaurant. Although Hospitality was lacking in Kebabs & Tandoors. Over all we enjoyed the stay.

Honestly! I will be true no sugar coating here. There is a huge lack of empathy and kindness, the staff is upfront unprofessional and to be precise - rude and arrogant. Its not needed. You are not doing me a favour! I am paying for the stay and then availing the services So, its better to not act the other way around. Right from entering the hotel, I was not greeted, no welcome drinks. leave alone the security guard who did not bother to hold my luggage at the gate. (I let that go) The front desk can do better, we are customers and not your liability. Coming to the f&b restaurant staff! - Some of You guys need better training and a professional etiquette walk through. I will point it out, the guy taking the order for food at the egg counter was bluntly rude on my face and he did not even be subtle. What do you mean" I cannot place and order unless I tell you my table number?" I am not moving around remembering my table number, and you cannot order me to go check my number and come back! this incident just shook me. - I will be precise this happened on the morning of 30th August'26. (the guy at the egg counter wearing formals and had spectacles on) I hope some action is taken in this regard. Next, I was made to check out as soon as it was 12 noon, again that was really harsh. the front desk or someone sent the luggage guy at around 12:20pm out of the blue to get me out of my room, and the guy said - " its your check out and we are sold out and we need the room ready " honestly this was the last thing any guest would want to witness when they are just rushed and wanted to be thrown out of their room. I know the in and out of how things work. check ins happen at 3pm and there was immense time to clean my room for another guest. I honestly did not have a good stay as I did not feel welcomed and returning the 2nd time was a mistake. I just hope someone takes action on this matter. Best Shane

The resort was good, nicely maintained but when compared to other luxurious stays, the rooms are pretty small, lack some basic things like bathtubs, proper table to have dinner, alcohol glasses etc. staff need more training for being extra sweet towards guest, breakfast spread is very basic. Needs huge improvement in terms of taste and spread. There were no cheese, no pan cake/waffle live counter etc

This hotel has basic breakfast, below basic staff services, good rooms and big garden with nice beach. They have large conference area to accommodate and I think focus here is to cater conference public rather than private individuals.

Excellent property with beach access. We stayed for 2 days and last day of our stay there was a corporate booking. Property has 2 pools on main pool it was occupied with them and was packed. staff could have kept the other pool open as same time as the main pool so that other guests would have relaxed better. Also there were people smoking from deck above the pool. Have informed the staff but nothing was done. Atleast smoking should not be allowed near the pool as there were children playing in the pool
