Stayed here for five nights and this time was on the 19th floor. View was excellent. Service was great but because we were right below the check in and buffet restaurant, you could hear chairs dragging in the morning. This was quite disturbing especially for a light sleeper. Our next door neighbour was also making quite a bit of noise with the sockets. Not sure what they were doing but the noise really affected my sleep. Apart from noise, the experience was pleasant and location was perfect!

Small and inconvenient room, lack basic amenities like hand towels and sink space. Came with a water filter, and hob that was could be unnecessary for most travellers.

Had a pleasant stay in Novotel Ambassador, Dongdaemun. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The ambience of the restaurant in 20th floor was so beautiful. The Deluxe residence room was pretty big and comfortable. I would definitely wish to stay there again.

Asked a few questions through the app(routed to email) before and during stay. They was no response at all. My 6 welcome drinks reduced to 3 half way through the stay and disrupted my plan to have a drinks night at the bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences. Everything - from the pools and restaurants to the bars and other hotel facilities - was phenomenal. The Executive Lounge was a particular highlight, and I would especially like to recognize Alice for her outstanding service. She was exceptionally attentive, warm, and helpful, and truly made our experience even more memorable. Her efforts deserve special acknowledgement. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!

I had a very nice stay in the residence studio even though I found the room to be much smaller than I had expected. It was convenient to have a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the room. The room was cleaned and well serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. It was a bit strange to find the closet in the bathroom but luckily my clothes did not get steamy. There's no place to put your suitcase but that was no problem for me as I did not have a huge luggage. I'd stay here again because the location is very convenient with several public transportation options nearby and the shops and restaurants are open until late.

We were very happy with our residence room. The ample closets, kitchen, washing machine, large TV were all utilized and greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was varied and had many options for Asians and non Asians. My only complaint was the elevators on the residence are SO SLOW. We need an express for our side to go to the 20th fl (restaurants) and the 1st floor (lobby).

Service was hit and miss, 1 person was extremely helpful and fast. Check-in and check-out was not friendly. Extremely long wait times for lifts on the Residence side, the average wait was about 8 minutes as there are only 2. The pool use needs to be booked and there are alloted times for breakfast - I have never experienced either process in 5 star hotels I have stayed in before. This is more of a 3.5 to 4 star hotel in my opinion.
