Very stuffy and dirty

Very stuffy. The windows do not open, the air conditioner only worked for heat at a temperature of +16 outside. At the reception they said that it does not turn on in the cold, open the curtains. The room was not very clean. There are traces of urine on the toilet. There is an empty jar of shower gel in the shower. But it was an excellent breakfast. For this I left 5 points.

Very nice hotel, with sweet and professional service. And I love that my dogs were welcomed in this beautiful hotel.. And the beds was very good. If I should say something negative it would be the noise from the train station..

Firstly, shout out to the Front Desk team. Julia, Adrian & Anna for their amazing service, remembering someone's name without speaking to them much is a talent not to be overlooked! all had great friendliness throughout the entire stay, thank you so much! Room was immaculate, Housekeeping team very friendly, Tea/Coffee refilled daily. Food & Beverage team also friendly, breakfast had a good selection and was never too busy or understaffed. Maintenance of the room very good, great water pressure and wifi signal very strong too. 10/10 recommend
