Your insights was referred to our technician team who will resolve it swiftly. We are sorry the placement of rooms was not up to your expectations. Due to shape of our hotel (a triangle) the specialty room types, like a family room, were not possible to place next to each other. Our hotel offers 12 different room types for our guest's convenience. We highly recommend to contact our team before booking multiple rooms to ensure their placement for travelling families.
