Having originally booked a private villa suite months before only to have this changed a few days before my arrival due to planned refurbishment was very disappointing. They then tried to move me into a pool access room that was on the main pool which is incredibly noisy. Having stayed at the hotel before many times they should have known my preference. After several hours in reception they eventually managed to get me a room at the adults pool. It was a very good stay after that it was a shame that it started rocky.

Resort is well looked after and in a good location - close to Patong but not too close to the ‘action’. Service is ok. Baggage claim and direction to lobby could improve as could attentiveness during lunch-time restaurant service. Overall I would recommend this resort and would return.
