I can't help but tell you about my experience at this hotel. I felt quiet and private in the elegant architectural atmosphere. And above all, every employee I met showed sincere thoughtfulness and responsiveness. They look into the relaxation and experience of guests and approach first to solve problems. Normally I don't care about the attitude of hotel staff, but for the first time, I realized that I could be moved. The exotic breakfast was new, and I also wanted to try to the restaurant, but it was too close to Patong, so I took a taxi in the every evening. I definitely want to visit again later, and If you are looking for a new hotel in Phuket, I truly recommend this place.

Overall experience is very goood!! But there is one small accident that didn’t make me rating 10. My friend broke his scars in the swimming pool, and it was bleeding. When I asked the staff first aid kit in the pool, the staff said they don’t have while I know there must have in the hotel. So I ran from the main pool all the way to the lobby to ask other staff, and finally get someone to help. So I think all the staff must be trained if there is any unexpected safety issues happened.

I booked Avista Hideaway as wanted to be able to relax and it was very peaceful up the hill away from Patong craziness. The pools and pool bars were great and a shout out and big thanks to Rancho at the main pool who gave great service even when he was left on his own with a lot of thirsty customers! Hotel upgraded us to a wellness package as was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise. We did a private yoga lesson which was amazing! The Spa massages were great but the massage beds do need updating. Overall the rooms were comfortable if a little dated but that didn’t bother us. Service was impeccable from all the staff. If you eat in the restaurants be prepared to pay the same as AUS but was easy enough to hop in a cab to many great restaurants that were much cheaper in Patong. Overall a great place to stay!
