Loved our time here. The property is a bit away (20-25 mins by scooter/car) from the hustle and bustle so it’s quite serene. The infinity pools overlooking the rain forests feel very luxurious. We also got a surprise upgrade to a suite which meant even the room experience was amazing. The breakfast spread was abundant and the staff were all very cheerful and eager to help with anything. The only thing I want to mention: on only one of the mornings, I think there probably was a couple of power outages because the TV came on twice on its own while we were sleeping and the Air conditioning was off when we woke up despite it being on when we went to sleep.

We had our wedding anniversary trip to Bali this year and stay at Ubud Novotel as our first stop. The hotel just had their soft launch in April and some part like the gym was still a temporary one as they are still working on the actual one. The hotel location is excellent as it’s facing the forest and the air is fresh and cool. The size of the room was good and very clean. The breakfast was good especially the staff on duty were very attentive and friendly, special thanks to Pak Azriel who has taken very good care of us as he was very attentive to detail. We like to thanks the front desk manager Wayan for the special arrangement as well. Overall, highly recommended.
