The open bathroom was a bit much. Also think about your guests. An extra towel for hair washing would be really handy.

This was probably my 5th stay here. The location is excellent and overall you provide a very good service. I am always surprised that you only offer instant coffee in the room, this is very out of date now. It sounds picky but the last 2 times I have stayed the room has only had the miniature ironing board. I travel a lot for work and to be honest the sort of things that take a hotel room up a notch for me are: Comfy bed, decent shower (no complaints for either), a half decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to go to the restaurant and a workable iron/ ironing board for my shirt for the day. Most of the time I am only in the room to sleep and getting ready for work in the morning hence why these things are so important to me.

The location was central and a short walk to southbank. The room was stuffy and stale. The air conditioning had not been running before we entered it and there were no windows that could open. The reception told us to put our key in to run the aircon and "go for a walk'. We had a bad nights sleep because of the insufficient air. Also the breakfast was not labelled for allergens so I had to ask the breakfast cooks what was gluten free for my celiac son. They made me feel like a bit of a nuisance for asking and did not really seem sure of some things so he didn't get much for breakfast. This was meant to be a special treat for my kid to stay in the city but it wasn't that great. Definitely wouldn't return.
