Really appreciated the early check in and 12 pm checkout as Accor members , disappointed there is no welcome gift . Michelle at reception was very welcoming . We really appreciated and enjoyed the service from Mateo and Ryan in the restaurant .

When I checked in, the blonde lady at the desk didn’t seem happy at all. She didn’t explain the usual including wifi access, breakfast and where the facilities were. Even when I asked to include the breakfast buffet, she only included 1 person when we’re a family of 3, so I had to transact twice. The room also had a phone but it wasn’t working at all, so I couldn’t call guest services from my room.

Service from all staff members was really great. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've EVER been to. Beds were the most comfortable out of any hotel on our 2.5 week vacation around Australia. Downside is the room is small and the bathroom is open with a sliding wall which is not ideal for privacy. This is not clearly shown in photos and was a disappointment to discover.
