There for business. Arrived 7pm, reception didn't explain where breakfast was, got to room, app didn't work to order tea, reception couldn't fix. Only offer made was to take my order and deliver it to the kitchen. Again didn't work the next night. Very poor

Bit disappointed as an Accor platinum member. Normally a drink of water is in the room and a treat however nothing.

Rooms and amenities excellent( lucky upgraded to a pool access room and used the pool daily with this easy access), breakfast food has lots of variety and tasty.

This is probably a rare issue, but I am 6ft2 and I was given an accessibility room where everything was positioned lower to accomodate for people in wheelchairs, which is amazing. However, as a tall person, having everything lower like the sink, the cupboard on the ground etc. The person at reception should have just looked at me and thought okay maybe the room isn't suitable. As I was there for one night and had an hour to change and get to my event, i didnt bother to change the room.
