Reception staff were all exceptionally professional even under very trying and busy conditions. Bar staff again were very professional and had a personality. Room was excellent. Spotlessly clean and the bed was the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. Have recommended to anyone I know going to Brisbane. Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms are nice and clean and the down stairs restaurant is comfy. Plenty of parking under the Hotel with easy access in and out. The room service menu if you get in late (after 9pm) is very limited but the meal was nice.

Check out the carpet on floor 5 but especially opposite room 506. It is a disgrace
