Fine stay, the staff were polite but not too interested in offering more than the bare minimum. I mentioned I had a 7 month old in the car and was looking for a bag trolley and was just pointed to where they were kept. I would have expected some assistance or even the offer of do you need assistance with your bags. The wrong bed was set up and I called down for a cot, they forgot and then they finally came and changed it over. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t wow.

Room quiet adequate. Shower in Bath tub not ideal for Seniors to get in and out. Could be quite hazardous. A well placed hand rail, and non slip shower base is needed.

Rooms were very basic with a funny smell & the sheets were crispy & itchy - I do have sensitive skin. The curtains were stained & the breakfast quite limited. However the location was great.
