Very noisy people above our apartment partying until early hours we were staying with a toddler so was difficult to settle due to noise

Location is great and hotel fine but our room (621 i think) smelt terribly - some sort of musty smell that did not go away. I should have requested another room. Not sure if I'd stay again due to that.

Whilst the location is good, it is evident that this hotel is tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. Worn carpet, stained curtains, marks and scuffs throughout giving the room a neglected appearance. As an Accor member, I chose this property with the expectation of a comfortable and well-maintained stay, but unfortunately my experience didn’t meet that expectation at all. It fell short of standards I’d expect from an Accor property and left us disappointed.

Mantra South Bank was the perfect location spot for our activities in Brisbane. It was well located to the restaurants in South Bank. Handy to the our activities in the CBD. Room was very comfortable with all the features we needed.
