Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good size being a 1 bed apartment. Room was generally clean and comfortable. Bed was not so comfortable. Shower was a bath shower which wasn't great. Corridor was not clean or vacuumed throughout my 2-night stay. Corridor walls could do with a fresh coat of paint as there were dings, chips and patch. Breakfast was mediocre for the price.

While the location was convenient, there were several issues that significantly affected our comfort. We stayed in a two-bedded room, and unfortunately the air-conditioning was not functioning properly in the bed rooms. As a result, the room became uncomfortable, and we were unable to sleep well. Additionally, the room lacked adequate soundproofing, and constant traffic noise, including beeping from nearby crossings, was very disruptive throughout the night. I would also like to mention that the washer and dryer facilities Notappeared very old and could benefit from upgrading. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be considered for future improvements, as the hotel has good potential given its location.

Room was very tired looking and not very clean. Mould in shower over bath and tiles, couch was stained, curtains are ripped. Went to get 2 complimentary coffees and the staff did not know how to process the vouchers, took a long time.
