Great location helpful staff, room and hallway not the cleanest. But over all good.

Perfect location. Short walk to City, Southbank with River transport and bus transport nearby. Food is good. Service is great.

Thank you to Jennifer and Shanae for doing firstly everything to make a short stay enjoyable. Firstly, I have never received an E-Mail asking for my preferences for the welcome goodies, normally they just put drinks and food you normally do not like. So a huge thank you to Shanae. We had to leave early as my husband was sick and unfortunately now in CCU Greenslopes. Both Jennifer and Shanae helped me to get him in the car and assisted as they could. It was greatly appreciated; Shanae displayed such compassion that I truly appreciated being at that stage in a very vulnerable position. Thank you, girls, we will (hopefully) be back
