Stayed for one night only during a business trip, and as an Accor Platinum member I truly felt valued. I received a room upgrade, a tropical fruit platter, and a bottle of wine of my choice and handwritten welcome card which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, with a Smart TV, great Urban Skincare Co toiletries, and beautiful views over the CBD and river. Breakfast was à la carte with barista coffee included, and I found it absolutely delicious. The South Bank location is superb: right near the beautiful riverwalk and surrounded by many restaurants. For those visiting Brisbane for the first time, I’d highly recommend staying here over the CBD, which can feel overcrowded and a bit chaotic at times. South Bank has a much more relaxed holiday QLD vibe. Yes, the hotel is slightly outdated, and the road noise can be quite noticeable, but neither of those things spoiled my overall impression of the stay.

well located, very run down hotel and needs a big uplift. Staff were friendly and helpful but the price we paid of $419 for 1 night was ridiculous. This hotel needs work, if it wasn't in the location it is they wouldn't have half the people stay here .
