Why 8 but not 9? The sign IBIS was not on (not lighted) and on night time could not identify it easy.

Very comfortable room ,good breakfast and check out but problems checking in.No car parking .

The hotel was fine, except that we had booked this hotel because it had a car park. When we arrived we discovered the car park was closed, and had been for some time, for extensive work. Neither the website, nor the confirmation email, nor the reminder email stated this. Very poor service.
