Good points - location and car park. Bad points - several (see below) Key card; key cards have the room number clearly displayed on them rendering room anonymity pointless. Crazy. Maintenance; bathroom latch in our room was broken and obviously had been for some time. It was impossible to close the door securely. Housekeeping; poor. Towels were changed on a daily basis but the bed was not straightened. I don’t expect clean bedding everyday but the bed should be made and tidied up. Our room was very dusty and the carpet unvacuumed. Corridors were dingy and dusty. Overall, the hotel is grubby and due for refurbishment. Breakfast; a limited range of cheap, low-quality food. And not much of it. Guests arriving after 09:00 are likely to find some items unavailable. Staff; mixed. Mostly polite and friendly but a young woman member of staff on duty at breakfast needs some customer service training. She is surly and offhand. I expect to receive the standard ‘thanks for drawing this to our attention and we’ll strive to improve’ response. It’s not good enough. As well as this review I’ve submitted a full complaint to Accor.

Great location near the lake. Quick walk into town. Very good breakfast that is included in the price. Nice girl at reception. Room was a bit small but for one night was fine. Room was clean and good Covid protocol.

Great location, poor sleep

The location was perfect, the young woman at reception was lovely but the room was poorly soundproofed. The bed was bumpy and uncomfortable. Poor night sleep
