Felt like home from the moment we arrived. From the reception to restaurant to cafe to house keeping to bell boy they excel in all departments. All the basic areas are covered . Well located, 24 hours shuttle bus on time . I would like to give 10/10 for the below staff 1. Kamran from Pakistan ( cafe absolute genius ) . Very professional and talented . Had great time with him. I think he’s a valued asset and I hope he succeeds in future . 10/10 2. Bell boy from India bilal tall and handsome man was very helpful and guided us good. 10/10 3. I have booked online for 2 nights there was breakfast included so I extended it for one more night with same price. And next day when I go for breakfast they said your breakfast is bot included. Its worst experience no one listen on the reception they were asking for 55 riyal extra for breakfast.

The room's cleanliness and hygiene could be further enhanced. I found lots of small blood spots on the pillows. There was no floor mat outside the bathroom door. I had to request a hair dryer separately. To be honest, I booked it considering that it is an ACCOR hotel; however, comparatively to other ACCOR hotels, this was not up to the mark, and I feel this will not only damage the image of the hotel but will highly dilute the value of the ACCOR brand. I am visiting Makkah again on the 20th of August and would have loved to book it again, but these reasons are causing me to find an alternative option.
