Had a couple of nights here. Nice check in staff, my room was small but perfectly formed and the fact that I was in the courtyard meant that there was absolutely no noise. I would recommend the privilege room .

We chose this hotel because of it's location - right by Pigalle metro - allowing us to get around easily. We have been to this area and saw images on Google maps before booking, so knew where we would be (maybe wouldn't choose this with a young family but for our teenager it was fine) Hotel staff were very welcoming, really eager to help us with bag storage on check in and check out. The room we had (king and sofa bed) was perfect for us - comfortable beds, great shower. Happy to have nespresso machine too. We would return here.

I would just like to thank the receptionist at the hotel at work on the 17th and 18th of October. She was super smart to “close Down” the hotel on the saturday when there were demonstrations outside. She was also very protective of me and my friend and gave us good advice on how to handle the situation. I don’t know her name, unfortunately but please tell her thank you! We also stayed at this hotel last year at the same time and we enjoy our stay as much as last time!

Location is next sec shops all around in neighborhood. Bathrooms in some rooms are very small, we were concerned of slip and fall. Breakfast was very basic with so less varieties for what it was charged.

Booked a privilege room with views of Sacre Coeur. Room was a good size and bigger than expected. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Toiletries provided were disappointing - we expected hair conditioner etc to be included. There are a lot of adult shops in the immediate vicinity which may be an issue for some guests. Lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby.

The room 601 on 6th floor was tiny and also slanted one side of my bed so had to bend not to hit my head. There’s a smell to the room as you walk in and I found this most likely comes from bed, the pillows are definitely smelly and overdue for replacement, one was worse than the other ao had to keep off bed. Having come with my young daughter only for 4 nights and arriving late at night, I have asked the hotel upfront for a nice room especially that we are returning guests, but I never heard back and i was not up for complaining while there as not keen to waste time on my short stay and move the rooms when we already unpacked. The breakfast used to be better with chef’s special pistachio and raspberry croissants being one of the treats, but I was told their chef was on holiday all August and their replacement chef while still providing good breakfast, there was nothing special there. I just don’t think I would stay there anymore despite good central location and a decent breakfast.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. I m very surprised of your comments for the pillow and the bed, for information, we changed the mattress of this room in november 2025 and all our pillow in june 2026....I m sorry that you did't find the rasperry croissant but we have one homemade breakfast....We hope to welcome you very soon. Best regards. Sincerely Laurence Cura Directrice

Great beds, stylish rooms and the hotel restaurant looks nice. Premium bathroom amenities from Nuxe. The location within Paris is great between Sacre Couer and 9th, but the exact location between sex shops was a bit disturbing for my wife at first. Room is small, but this is normal for Paris. Didn't have breakfast so can not comment on it.

The location was the most important thing and this was excellent. Our room had everything we needed but was very small. Being on a low floor there was quite a lot of noise from the street through the night, especially when France had played in the world cup

We stayed for a weekend. The room was nice, with AC, breakfast was great. The location is perfect to visit Paris, close to the metro.
