-Our rooms were clean and good size, happy with that. -Reception services not really happy, don't feel welcoming as a gold member - finding hotel and parking very stressful since it's in city - paid $35 for parking away from hotel, transferring bags from car park to hotel very uncomfortable. - Service wasn't a priority - don't feel relaxed at all, after our long tiring day....

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. A certain amount of street noise but to be expected in town centre.

It was quiet which isn't the case with all hotels in Wellington. Perhaps it was because my room (213) was facing away from the road. Staff were courteous and efficient.
