Had booked 3 rooms. When I arrived I was assigned to a room in the 5th floor. Got out of the lift and the carpet looked like it had t been vacuumed in a month or more, very dirty. Thought that was strange and then got into my superior king room to find a badly cracked sink in bathroom, tiles on floor cracked and dirty. Walls in the room had something splashed over them marks everywhere and the tea/coffee tray had about a years worth of dust lining the bottom. The bed had a hard ridge at the bottom of it when k sat down. Could not believe this was a superior room! Called reception to let them know I would not stay in such a dirty room and was advised they were full she would see what she could do. While on the phone to another hotel to see if they had 3 rooms for 2-3 nights got a call back to say we could be moved to the 7th floor. Apparently the floors were being renovated which wasn’t clearly advised in the Accor app said renovated which lead us to believe it had been done. We were all moved to rooms which were clean tidy and seemed more the superior option we had chosen. The staff on Friday afternoon/evening reception were helpful and very accomodating highly recommend. Your cleaners however are just not great they do not have the attention to detail that I feel is a must for any hotel. Would stay again location is fantastic but would ask if renovation is still happening before I booked.

The room was not what I expected. There were builders above us that were making alot of noise while we were trying to rest after a flight. We weren't notified of this. We told reception but nothing was done, just a meaninless apology. We should have been informed and not put in that room. They knew it was noisy

We had a 3 night stay and we were very happy with it. Very close to Cuba street and very comfortable. We had a superior with 2 double beds and we were super comfortable. Will definitely come back.
