We have stayed many times with the hotel and found the welcome less than what it could of or has been. Confusion over needing to share our credit card when we had loaded it with Accor led to two staff being quite abrupt. The worst is now dealing with the flea bites, on the Thursday night i had caught a flea on my leg in the middle of the night, i had noticed blood on the sheets during the stay and thought it was just i had scratched myself until the bites came up and there are lots. Never had this problem before but we do hope it is dealt with.

I could hear everything the person next door was doing all night. Got no sleep between his snoring and coughing.
