The hotel and bedroom were great, the service wonderful. The noisy neighbor in 604 not so great, however after I knocked on his door and threaten to call management he quietened down. The bathroom was disappointing in that the floor was dirty, the tiles cracked and shower looked grubby. Overall, an ok experience and I will come back :-)

-Our rooms were clean and good size, happy with that. -Reception services not really happy, don't feel welcoming as a gold member - finding hotel and parking very stressful since it's in city - paid $35 for parking away from hotel, transferring bags from car park to hotel very uncomfortable. - Service wasn't a priority - don't feel relaxed at all, after our long tiring day....

Room wasn't ready until a couple hours after check in time and we were really counting on having a sleep before our scheduled things that evening. Frustrating start. The rooms were decent but no aircon wasn't ideal and there was a big leak in the air vent in the bathroom.
