The female staff behind the counter at this hotel were extremely helpful, extremely informative, and very professional. My room was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure. I would highly recommend a stay there when you are in Wellington.

Found the hotel very good. The only letdown was the extremely old TV. This needs to be upgraded to a smart TV to meet current trends. Overall very satisfied.

The room was cozy and positioned right in the city. The shower head was too low. And the noise levels from opening and closing cupboards was high. The beds were comfortable.

Shower dripped and when in use flooded tray as drain blocked. Bathroom looking very tired. Location is great and friendly service in restaurant.

Very poor experience. This 4-star Accor hotel lacks basic amenities and offers terrible service. No rubbish bin in the room says it all. Not worth the rating or the price.
