Room was nice. Location was okay. Breakfast was below expectation. Club lounge was understaffed and barely adequate. $40 pn charge was excessive. Had I known it was that expensive I would have reconsidered booking.

It's everything you expect in a luxury 5 star hotel. I had an amazing room up on the 11th floor overlooking the city and gardens, had an amazing sleep and ate some of the best food I've had in a long time at the hotel restaurant Jardin. The Japanese A5 Wagyu was amazing, as was the Kangaroo. Definitely staying there next time and I'll probably book a suite.

I have stayed there many time and this time was just not great No mini bar no milk, said my pillow was firm it certainly was not even close, shower and sink had mould, room was noisy outside Call room service 4 times rang out to even get a coffee, breakfast was basic in fact all the menu has not gone back to normal which if that’s the case the price should have been adjusted and it was not Overall shame it is one of my favourite places to stay and it certainly was below average

Friendly team especially Amelie, but disappointed that we had to unload our car on to the trolley and enter the hotel before our arrival was acknowledged. Jardin Grill steaks were to die for, the best we have had in the world and Chef very friendly. Only problem was the battery in our room entry failed and took a couple of tries to resolve but obviously not something encountered every day.
