The staff were excellent!!! When unscented toiletries were unavailable due to allergies, staff personally went out of their way to provide them for my wife. Phenomenal concierge/guest experience team.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. To be honest, the first time we had some issues with the air conditioning in the room, it was stuck on freezing! This time was a whole better experience from friendly check in, nice spacious room. If you are able to use the club lounge, this is a lovely area to chill, enjoy some complimentary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, wonderful breakfast buffet, also used the gym which is a decent size and enough free weights and equipment for a good workout. It’s a little walk from the CBD but suits us as we enjoyed walking, only 20 minutes.

The experience with service and room was one of the best we have had. They made sure our platinum status was well recognized and we appreciated that. Only disappointment was with the taxi to the airport as it was overpriced (UBER cost was half that cost) but it wasnt the hotels fault and hopefully the hotel will explain travel options in the future. Other than that we truly experienced a wonderful time and will be back again. Thanks to everyone there.
