Clean and well appointed room. Exceptional breakfast and staff. Club lounge staff friendly and most were extremely helpful. ( extra appreciation to the manager of the lounge bar who also helped in the Club. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he was magnificent: best service in a very long time). Make up of the room differed greatly from one day to the next, with the first makeup seeing pillows actually left on the floor, and then the second day being a perfectly made bed. However Excellent location and stay, and as ever, I will still happily support the Sofitel and Accor brand.

The hotel is a central location but the pleasing aspects were the staff who were friendly and helpful in how they dealt with us. We used the restaurant several times because the food was excellent and service outstanding. We also used the lounge and found it to be of the same high quality.

excellent stay, very comfortable room and enjoyable breakfast only a couple of small improvements requested - would like to have extra amenities provided - e.g. toothbrush kit & laundry bag gym could be improved - more resistance bands, blocks for bodyweight exercises etc.
