Comfortable and great overall stay. The hotel is clean as well as generous with its complimentary cookie and chocolate hour. All the staff are very welcoming especially John in the reception. Very approachable and great overall.

Had breakfast and also dinner one night. It was excellent. What would of made it a truly excellent, would be a club level or lounge but since it didn't have one, it was very good.

The assistant manager went out of his way to help us secure the best possible room whilst taking advantage of Accor ALL points after I had messed up my booking. We had a lovely room with a great view.
