All the staff, especially the F&B Manager Tushar and the Assistant FOM Sid, were incredibly nice and accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The only issue was a whistling sound coming from inside the room, particularly because it was very windy. I believe it may have been related to the window sealing. Unfortunately, the noise kept me awake throughout the night, so I hope the hotel can look into this and have it fixed. And I asked for an invoice but never received it. Other than that, our overall experience was lovely, and we really appreciated the exceptional hospitality from the team.

The personnel are just amazing at this facility. Breakfast was very delicious and felt high class. The pool is a little dated but ok. Location is but the hill but away from the city noise with still only a 10min walk into the city. Would definitely recommend checking in to this hotel. There's a complimentary chocolate hour at 4pm ;)

Firstly, the good points. Lovely hotel decor, lovely spacious family suite room with a single bed made up pre arrival for our 10yr old. He loved the daily chocolate hour and free kids ice cream. Where the hotel is let down is some staff, and dealing with the ALL accor membership. Excellent and convenient location and valet parking was a positive. The gym and pool facilities were OK, we thought the pool was pretty cold even though an indoor pool, so did not swim long. Sauna was great. The staff were hit or miss. Front counter and concierge were friendly. Bar and restaurant staff were polite enough but not really friendly or chatty. The Main issue was that I booked a two night stay as a bed and breakfast option, and this included a free 'stay plus' night. On arrival we were told we could only have 1 breakfast because the free night was 'room only'. Essentially we paid an extra $100 for 2 adults to have 1 breakfast - more than the public rate! We were disappointed to be told we would have to buy another night's breakfast even although we paid for this when purchasing the package online. The hotel were not interested in solving this problem and when I asked who to contact to take this further, they said 'go online'. We have been ACCOR members for more than 6 years and found this very disappointing. We feel the program itself has deteriorated in the time we have been members.

We were staying in a room that overlooked the lobby so there was the constant bang of car doors shutting. There was a phone constantly ringing but this was dealt with quickly by staff. A light was out beside the bed and we didn’t realise until late the second night as we thought we hadn’t got the right switch. The chocolate hour was a let down as the fresh fruit ran out immediately and the chocolate tasted like cheap oily compound chocolate, however homemade biscuits, tea and jaffas in reception were a nice idea. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were disinterested when we arrived and reeled off instructions in a fast bored tone, but the rest of the staff were pleasant.
