We were so impressed with the friendly, professional and responsive service delivered by all staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome and acknowledged as guests - nothing felt like an imposition, which was so different to other hotels we stayed in during this trip. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The daily chocolate hour was a highlight - generous, high quality and fun. The hotel cuisine also deserves special mention: excellent food and clearly a great chef behind it. This was the best service we experienced on our entire trip and a wonderful way to unwind and rejuvenate before heading home. The convenience of valet parking with electric vehicle charging was the perfect finishing touch. We would happily return.
