I forgot my coat ,contunied on my trip,realized I han forgot the coat.I called and the great staff at the hotel mailed it to me before i left the country. Great job!

A late night check in. Welcomed with Tea and cookies in reception. Excellent staff at reception. Slept well, enjoyed the pool, sauna, breakfast and later check out.

Noise from service lift driving us insane. Kept us up at night and woke us up at 6am every morning. Communicated with Hotel but you told us there is nothing you could do. We had such a bad stay that leaving the hotel is the highest of the stay. Pool was advertised as heated but extremely cold. Bed was too bouncy to have two ppl sleeping in it
