Everything you offer costs more parking, early check in when you are paying so much already it's excessive... Stuff you just expect at a hotel of your supposed calibre you don't have. We got married got back to the hotel wanted something to eat nothing was open nearby no room service was available even though the website says you have it. We had 4 rooms booked with you the breakfast was just poor so much so we preferred to eat at McDonald's... The suite promised garden views... WHAT GARDEN??? it was grass and a dead tree... I don't think any of our family have a desire to stay again. To end on a positive your staff were amazing. You just need to offer better services for your premium price.. We legitimately feel ripped off!
