Arrived on a cold night to find lovely warm room. Had a meal at the restaurant next door, would be good if we could have used our Accor card. The restaurant quite good , rather expensive. Had breakfast there next morning.

I was in a standard room which had great facilities, better than standard rooms in some other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great, particularly the rainfall shower. The only slight issue was some of the kitchenette cupboards had problems with the doors. Excellent food in the restaurant. The service from the hotel staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful - I mistakenly left something in my room and the staff posted it back to me the next day.

Stayed several times at this hotel for work & while visiting relatives in the Hutt Valley. It is consistently very good, and well priced for the location and overall standard. Rooms a stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Mini-kitchen in all rooms and a great restaurant/bar downstairs. Excellent service & staff.

For a premium hotel the stay is comfortable but there are things lacking. - limited cutlery in the room. Having two knives and two forks in a room is pretty minimalistic. - limited glassware - breakfast is not great. You get a much better variety at a local cafe. Boiled eggs are not a good substitute for scrambled or other options - parking. I was a guest of the hotel, made a request in advance and had to end up parking on the street.

Found music in the hallway all day and night really disturbing. It was clean and tidy and comfortable. Found people parking in the disabled park that should not have been there and the staff were not interested to assit me.

I loved the look of the hotel and the staff were very nice and polite. The room was very stylish and clean which I liked. However, the room was so hot and no amount of turning the air conditioning on changed the temperature. The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast I pre-booked and paid for. I went to your restaurant at 7am, there was 1 staff member on and no eggs, no baked beans and the mushrooms and bacon were stone cold along with the pancakes and waffle - the warmer clearly was not working. We commented to the staff member who looked very busy and she advised us more food was coming out...it never did. We ended up having toast which was not what we wanted for our $24.00!
