Very close to downtown ~ mall is within walking distance and grocery stores if needed. Plenty of casual dining choices. Restaurant was closed for the holidays but looked beautiful. Our room was great. King size bed, comfortable, clean , bathroom very nice. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are compact but functional. Appreciated the welcome amenity but disappointed that the upgrade only consisted of being moved to a higher floor - given the hotel was mostly empty. The hotel bar had very limited opening hours

A very compact room but included everything needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Appreciated the gold welcome on arrival but given the hotel was sparsely occupied I was surprised that the upgrade was simply to a higher floor which didn’t achieve much as the view out the window was of a carpark. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
