We were a bit disappointed in our stay. The room was nice but the hotel staff were not that friendly. Also, on the All Accor app it said we can enjoy a 'welcome' drink at the hotel but when we got there, we were told that there was no bar and were given two soft drinks in the room. We stay with Accor a lot and were disappointed by this and thought that it should have been made clear to us at booking.

I stay in a lot of hotels , when I booked this online I booked room with breakfast. I didn’t find out till the morning that it is only continental breakfast. This should have been displayed. Every single time I have booked breakfast with room it has been full cooked. Cheap Canned fruit tipped into bowl in front of us .

Excellent, helpful staff. We'll appointed rooms. Breakfast adequate but filter coffee too bitter to drink. Our booking was made directly. The rates increased over the two days between original query & booking, but after much discussion original rate was honoured. Subsequently Booking.com offered better rates so will not book directly again with hotel nor advise anyone else to do so.
