Staff were exceptional and the check-in/check-out process was easy and quick. We found someone's leftovers in the fridge when we first arrived, but staff dealt with it quickly and offered to move us to a different room. We appreciated the offer but were happy for them to remove the kai.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was lovely, clean and roomy with a good sized TV. However, my daughter and I did not sleep much, I forgot my own pillow and yours was so soft to use with my CPAP machine that I had to take it off and the mattress was very soft so we had no support. Loved everything else though.

The Sebel Lower Hutt is always our first choice. All the rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was perfect with plenty of room, a fantastic view of the river and a well appointed kitchen area. We ate at Grazie the on site restaurant and it was first class. Our meals were delicious and the service excellent. Highly recommend
