Your hotel is well located, and comfortable for my needs in The Hutt. However, the room (203) is unfortunately rather noisy, especially when it rains. I dont know if this is something you are able to do anything about, but I do suggest you have a roofing company look at the flashings. Not a room I would like again. Thanks

It was very nice. Great having a restaurant on sight. I mentioned to the woman at the desk, one issue. I don’t blame the cleaning staff as I think a vacuum cleaner may have swished “it” around.

Requested a parking space and were offered one at $6 a night but subsequently billed $20 a night. Breakfast buffet was very poor value. We stayed two nights and on both days we had; leathery sausages, dried out crumbling eggs, pancakes and waffles were dried out and hard. I stayed a month earlier and had a different experience

Well located to the museum for Event needs. Could have more laundry facilities - one washer and one dryer for the whole hotel is quite little. Coming down to get the coins etc was a bit of a hassle.

I booked this a few weeks ago and somehow it was booked the day before we needed the booking. I did call and asked for this to be changed. Nothing was when we got there our room we could only use for one day then we couldn’t get the same type of room we had to pay extra we pay for parking and then the next day my wife had to move rooms as I was in a conference and they accused us of not paying the parking overall our experience was very bad and I certainly would not recommend this hotel even though we have used the same brand of hotel in Auckland several times and have a booking for the hotel in Auckland

We spent one night in the Sebel, Lower Hutt. It was very comfortable and clean. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff were awesome, on reception as well as the Housekeeping gentleman. We were disappointed to not have any TV other than local. Most hotels have Sky or a streaming service. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, thank you!

We appreciated our Accor loyalty upgrade - our room was not available when we arrived early, however, check-in was easy with a friendly receptionist who helped us with bus timetables to Waterloo train station so we could head to Wellington city. Our room was specious on the 5th floor corner suite overlooking the river, which meant traffic noise was not an issue. The carpark is great but only booked upon arrival, so depends upon availability. We were surprised that there was no toaster available in the room. The bed was comfortable - however we found the TV connection with our device beyond our technology knowledge….Our one disappointment was the breakfast, the hot food was barely warm and the selection very average even though it is advertised as continental breakfast. Breakfast is the only meal that is offered by Accor at a charge, Platinum members FOC. The restaurant lunch/evening meal in Grazie restaurant does not offer Accor member privileges, which we were aware of prior to our arrival, and appreciated the prior to arrival information email. Great staff and excellent location - easy bus/train to city.
