Modern hotel with quality fittings and wonderful staff. Quiet and handy to everything we needed. However, website was difficult so ended up using BookaBach. Their website did not make it clear there was a charge for carparking, only stating "Onsite parking available - convenient and secure on-site parking, and rare amenity in this area". Got quite a shock to be informed of a $40 charge at check-in. That's substantial for pensioners and would probably have influenced our hotel choice if we had known. And the pillows!!! Absolutely atrocious!! Worst hotel pillows I've experienced anywhere in the world. Neither of us had a decent sleep on either night.
