A little disappointed. Booked for 4 nights asked receptionist if possible to have a second easy chair. Table chairs not suitable for relaxing in and inappropriate for one to lie on the bed during day. Receptionist later phoned to say her supervisor said "hotel is full". Asked again next day, supervisor was standing next to receptionist. Receptionist very uncomfortable, said would have to ask supervisor. Supervisor pretended not to hear and ignored us. Pretty poor leadership. As Gold Accor members this is the first time I have ever felt disrespected by staff. We never heard back either.

Great location. Well priced. Easy car parking. The girl on the front desk was wonderful and friendly with check in. Room was clean, comfy and tidy. Absolutely loved the bath sheets (towels) instead of the usual face cloth sized towels you’re often expected to use. We will be back. Thank you.

A lovely stay at the Sebel -- thank you. Would be great if the wifi availability can be expanded to accommodate 5 appliances, rather than just 3 (i.e. as is more typical for a 2-person room accommodation).

No power points in bathroom to plug hairdryer in. Hairdryer had short cord, so not easy to use. Shower water wasn't overly warm. No room service on offer. TV very difficult to stream to phone. Also no power points by table.
