A relaxing weekend away from work Hotel is well placed so we can park the car and walk everywhere. Quiet room and comfortable bed although one side was completely different to the other. One soft and one not. I guess it gives you choices.

Guests are able to use the James Cook elevator after hours but I regret if this was not relayed to you properly. From the minute we arrived we were well looked after by the reception staff. In particular 2 young guys were absolutely excellent! The room was comfy and clean, great bathroom too! Only thing to ask for would be a microwave.

I was there for a work conference and I was really just there to sleep and have breakfast, the bed was lovely and the breakfast was really great - great selection even for a vegetarian, loved the mushrooms

It was ok. Unfortunately little things like room services dishes being left outside rooms for hours and smelling was off putting. Plus I couldn’t get anyone to update my booking with my Le Club details so no welcome drink or internet

To be honest this was disappointing. We ended up checking out a day earlier as we didn't enjoy our stay. We enjoy staying at Accor brands, and we have stayed at a few Novotels and this particular hotel left me feeling disappointed.

I had a good stay without any issues. Friendly staff and great location of the hotel. The hotel is a little dated, but all is clean. The breakfast is good, but would be nice to have a good coffee.

I had a comfortable 2 nights stay without any issues. The room is spacious enough for me. The breakfast was good. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. If I come to Wellington again, will most probably book the same hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and so handy to Lambton Quay and bus stops/railway station etc. The staff were all hard-working and pleasant, and we enjoyed the breakfast each day.
