Very efficient and welcoming staff on check in and check out. My platinum status was recognised with an upgraded room. My room was clean and well equipped for my stay. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet options. The hotel is in the centre of the CBD. A lift gives access to Lambton Quay and access to Wellington's excellent bus and train network. The airport bus runs every 15 minutes. Would definitely use this hotel again.
