Check in & Departure were relatively smooth. Staff friendly & helpful. Clean rooms. Great location for events at the waterfront arena. Possibly stay again.

Our stay was a very brief overnight visit, and while the hotel was very conveniently situated, the general appearance internally gave a feeling that everything was old and lacking maintenance (e.g. rusty plumbing in the bathroom), and could do with a refurbishment.
