Bins were not cleaned ,when we walked in ,safe does not work,the look and feel of a Novotel was disappointing, as I cancelled Travel lodge I was disappointed with myself for doing that.

Cannot fault the hotel facilities and rooms. The staff on arrival were very accommodating. My gripe is that we had to pay a $150.00 bond on arrival, despite the fact that the hotel was already paid for in full. We were told on leaving that this bond would be returned. It has now been 10 days and no money has reached my bank account as promised. It would seem this is a policy over here, and 2 other hotels also took bonds, these were returned within 24hours of departing the hotel. Wouldn't use this hotel again for that reason.
