We dealt with the reception manager on duty - she was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. We had booked for 3 people but only received two of everything in the room - towels/glasses etc. Other than that, awesome!

The water in our room ran very brown when organising our grandsons bath. This was rectified by us being moved to another room. A tedious process, we were told that the products in our mini bar would cover the inconvenience (2 x packets of chips and a bar of chocolate) the room was not set up for us (not enough cups for the four of us nor the products). The TV was really hard to get on station and had a very limited selection. Staff were nice but as an ACOR member I felt very disappointed as this was to be a treat for our grandsons.

I want to sincerely apologize for the issue with the water in your room. While I’m glad we were able to move you to another room, I understand that the transition was tedious and not up to the standard we strive for. We always aim to provide a comfortable experience for our guests, and it’s disappointing to hear that the new room wasn’t fully prepared for your family. Your comments about the mini bar and the lack of cups have been noted, and we’ll certainly take them into consideration moving forward. I’m also sorry you found the TV selection limited and difficult to operate. We aim to ensure our entertainment options are enjoyable for everyone, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I’m pleased to hear that our staff were nice during your stay. They work hard to provide excellent service, and it’s great to know they made a positive impression. I had a good 2-night stay as a work trip. I enjoyed the option of breakfast being delivered to the room, having a harbour-view upgrade for free, having a bath in the room and the cleanliness and food/bar downstairs was great. Easy access to Lambton Quay. A snack or two in the room would be good for after a few evening drinks!
