Regularly visit as a group. Feedback from experienced travelers indicates that the facilities are becoming outdated and require some refreshing, especially the lift to Lambton Quay.

From start to end our stay was great. Tidy a. well-appointed room. The front desk were obliging a. welcoming - we both felt it one of the better hotel experiences we have had in recent years. The food was extremely awesome - from the 1/2 shell oysters as entree to a tasty selection of mains we were not disappointed. In fact we ate there on all 3 evenings of our stay.

It's a great place with ease of access to Lambton Quay. However that list looks like it wont go half the time, has graffiti and generally looks unsafe.
