Good location, great buffet breakfast, we also had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night.

Disappointing there was NO place to relax and socialise and have a drink - so no ''bar'' as such. Either had to be in room or reliant on when the restaurant was open and then at a formal table

Of all the hotels I have ever been in, this bed was the best! It was so comfy, I even looked what it was to buy one! And the pillows were just right. Really lovely staff on reception, smiley and chatty and helpful. Nice breakfast. The hotel is a little away from the eateries and as we walked back later in the evening it seemed a long way and very quiet. After speaking to the reception they said we should have used the lift at the back by the shops to the next hotel, and then just simply walk next door to ours! I wish they had put a notice in our room to tell us this! If I could change one thing I would say get rid of the curtains they are just the most hideous pattern.

Great location. Front desk were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was more than sufficient for our needs and the bed very comfortable. It was a handy being able to Chromecast Netflix to the TV at night. The breakfast at the restaurant was so much better (quality and variety) than the restaurant at the Novotel in Rotorua.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant was good. Unfortunately our room was lacking. Executive room with two TVs. But neither worked even after being reported to management. Cleaning was missed.
