We dealt with the reception manager on duty - she was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. We had booked for 3 people but only received two of everything in the room - towels/glasses etc. Other than that, awesome!

The water in our room ran very brown when organising our grandsons bath. This was rectified by us being moved to another room. A tedious process, we were told that the products in our mini bar would cover the inconvenience (2 x packets of chips and a bar of chocolate) the room was not set up for us (not enough cups for the four of us nor the products). The TV was really hard to get on station and had a very limited selection. Staff were nice but as an ACOR member I felt very disappointed as this was to be a treat for our grandsons.

I had a good 2-night stay as a work trip. I enjoyed the option of breakfast being delivered to the room, having a harbour-view upgrade for free, having a bath in the room and the cleanliness and food/bar downstairs was great. Easy access to Lambton Quay. A snack or two in the room would be good for after a few evening drinks!
