I want to sincerely apologize for the issue with the water in your room. While I’m glad we were able to move you to another room, I understand that the transition was tedious and not up to the standard we strive for. We always aim to provide a comfortable experience for our guests, and it’s disappointing to hear that the new room wasn’t fully prepared for your family. Your comments about the mini bar and the lack of cups have been noted, and we’ll certainly take them into consideration moving forward.
