So wonderful to have such a large, soft, comfortable bed to sleep in after 3 nights sleeping in a narrow single bed on a bumpy train. The room was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

Wonderful accomodation in the heart of the city. Excellent facilities. Staff were kind and accomodating. Only feedback I have is that the water pressure in the shower was not great, which was surprising.

Dissatisfied with the check in and first hour My wife arrived earlier in the day, asked to be informed when room was ready with her mobile number given. She had to ask several times, before finally getting the key, but was never going to be informed by reception. She had shower with no shampoo, she was in the shower wet! rang reception, took 20 mins to come up with shampoo standing in a bathrobe. The guy couldn't open shampoo container, another 10 minutes to get key for shampoo container Then walked dirty shoes all over bathroom floor He then had to get a mop and mop the floor Absolute nightmare

I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you and your wife encountered during your recent stay during the start of your stay. I regret to learn about the challenges you faced during the check-in process and the lack of communication regarding the readiness of your room. Your wife's experience of having to inquire multiple times is not reflective of our usual standards, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Whilst we are unable to guarantee the readiness of a room until 3pm due to high occupancies, we do need to be transparent and attentive to our earlier requests. The absence of shampoo in your room is indeed unacceptable, particularly when it led to further frustration during your wife's shower. I apologise for the delay in delivering the shampoo and the subsequent challenges the staff faced in addressing the situation. I will ensure your feedback is passed to our Executive Housekeeper to action and improve her team's attentiveness to these requests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional service that we are known for.
