Very good poisition close to train stop, easy to go to exhibition hall and only 15minutes from airport. Good price and quality, to improve the breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is nice. The room’s size was good. They also had a baby crib prepared for our little one, as we requested. But generally the services are disappointing: Even though it’s advertised in their app, they don’t have room service. The restaurant’s menu in their app is not corresponding to the actual selection. Generally, their app is not updated. There’s no phone in the room to contact the reception & ask about further details. The minibar’s selection in the superior room is limited to 4 soft drinks. I didn’t like their coffee’s taste. All in all, a good hotel but overpriced compared to the services’ quality.

The room was not cleaned properly at all. There was thick dust in all cracks and corners. There was a literal SHIT STAIN on my toilet seat. After talking to the reception, I couldn't get another room, because the hotel was booked out. A lady came to clean it and I got offered no reimbursements at all. Only a short admission, that it shouldn't be like this. I would have expected at least a little something, some small kind of concession. Outrageous! The bed was not comfortable at all, and I woke up with back pain both mornings. The service was horribly understaffed and one had to wait very long to get served. Then they served very cheap food for expensive prices that had way too much salt.
