The hotel is OK, enough for a short business trip

This hotel is just OK, nothing impressing, no bells and whistles. Upon arrival, they forgot to mention there is no daily cleaning of the room. I find it out by myself after being the same room for three days without having any cleaning. I asked a reception and they explained me that they’re not doing cleaning of the room, except if the customer asked specifically for it… which is fine for me as long as front desk inform the guest about it, which they didn’t. Also, I would’ve expected some kind of point compensation like many other Mercure hotels propose in exchange for not doing room cleaning. Also during dinner when I asked for a glass of water, I had to insist to have tapwater, the waiter was insisting to sell me a bottle of water instead, and initially told me that it is not possible to have tapwater. The only water I could have would be if I buy a glass of water. After all she came back with a glass of tapwater and the next dinners as well, but I found little bit uncomfortable that I had to insist to have free water. Small gym, no lemon-water at check in counter, etc…

Serious Hygiene Issues and Poor Customer Service

As an Accor fidelity member, I'm shocked by my recent experience at this Mercure hotel. Within 20 minutes of checking in, I discovered a dried blood stain under the first layer of sheets in my room (603). This is a major hygiene concern that raises questions about the hotel's cleaning standards. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from the management. I immediately reported the issue via email with photographic evidence, but hours passed without any acknowledgment or action taken. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one belonging to the Accor group. Key issues: 1. Unhygienic conditions (blood stain on sheets) 2. Lack of proper room cleaning between guests 3. Non-existent customer service 4. Failure to address a serious health and safety concern I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone prioritizing cleanliness and responsive customer service. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in both the Mercure brand and Accor group. Potential guests should be aware of these issues before booking.
