All was verry good. One suggestion: The restaurant was not open upon arrival. After 10+ hours of driving i was looking forward to not driving anymore for food. That was not the case. If a reservation is made and one of the facilities are not available during the stay, an active information before arrival would be nice. All was verry good. Comfortable experience for my overnight stay

Almost perfect stay. I booked your hotel for a 1-night stay when I was travelling across Germany. I was very warmly welcomed by your front desk (one of the best receptionists I have encountered in Accor so far!). And also the room was very clean and comfortable. I only have 2 small minus points which did not make it 100% perfect (but rather 90% perfect). The first is that I had to actively ask for my room upgrade which in other Accor hotels is pro-actively offered. I don't like to ask for this, but if it is not offered or discussed on arrival, I do ask for it o/c given my Diamond status. The second was that there was a bit of a strange (sewer) smell in the corridors of the hotel (which was unsuccessfully trying to be masked with some parfum). Luckily that smell was not in the room, so it was just a 'scary' feeling of what I would find in the room when I was first walking there.
