Before booking site said taxes and fees included. After booking I get an e-mail saying taxes will be added. I don't complain over taxes, those are fine. But Ibis (accor) claiming taxes included is a straight lie. If I book on booking, In fact they write taxes might be added in exact the same way accor say taxes are included. The booking dot site inform me before booking that taxes will be added = telling the truth. Ibis lie on their booking site and keep my booking as hostage at arrival.

The check-in process was swift and the staff was really helpful and informative. The room, although it had a weird display was clean and quite spacious. The hotel was well located near the main train station, 2 parking lots and a Kaufland that was open until midnight.

Everything was fine. Very convenient to get to from the train station. The only downside was the odd mattress frame. Both the check-in and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely: helpful and friendly.
