I arrived at the hotel with a group of colleagues at half past nine and we waited for the room until 3 pm. it wasn't supposed to be like that

Tired looking hotel, rooms small, staff unfriendly. Checking was poor, not very welcoming, bar staff kept on leaving the bar so service was non existent. Toilet rolls not replaced, towels not replaced and windows left open during the day so room was freezing when we got back. Room AC was also not great.
