It was our second stay and we came back for the breakfast. The people and service at breakfast remains great. The reception however was truly deceiving. Barely a word at check in, the room we got was not what we booked, no apology, they just "assumed" we did not need three beds. Last stay they did not charge us the parking and this time we had to pay, even though the gate was open the whole time. The person at the gas station was more friendly than the receptionists. Hotel service seems to be over. At check out, no question about our stay. No chance to get it right, so it ends up with this disappointed review.

We take your feedback very seriously, as this was clearly not the experience we aim to provide. We also regret the situation regarding your room and the lack of coordination.
