I arrived by motorbike and was easily able to find a space in the underground car park. Upon arrival at reception, I was quickly greeted by the friendly receptionist, who explained the details (except the fact that housekeeping is only every second day). The room itself was very nice: clean, comfortable and well-appointed without being fussy. As a platinum member, they had kindly given me a complimentary mini-bar with beer and soft drinks; it was a hot weekend, so I made full use of the latter. Breakfast offered a decent selection of hot and cold items. The hotel had a bar, but this seemed to keep slightly erratic opening hours. However, the reception offered a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks to take back to your room.

The room was great and comfortable. It was very quit. The restaurant was a pour preformance. On our first evening we tasted several dishes and they can be best described as "tasteless". The last evening we had booked for several of us dinner for 19h30. By this time, the buffet was basically empty, except for the salats and one dessert. The chef told us, he will try to find some more food. In the end he produced one dish (beef geschnetzeltes), but this was not what you expect when you order a buffet style dinner with multiple options. When we ordered beer with our food, we had to wait long. On request, we were told that they are out of glasses, but that glasses will come soon. We were almost done with the dinner by the time the beer arrived. We got only beer in small glasses, because big glasses where still out. In summary: the organisation of the kitchen seems to be very pour. This is not what I expected from a 4 star hotel restaurant.

Room was cozy, location is good, 5-10 min walk to the metro station, 15 min to a central metro sration

Wifi didnt work.in my room (307) and person at desk had no idea what to do about it. Temperature in shower was unstable and inconsistent, going from lukewarm to burning hot and painful (as if water heater was shared). Bed was not very comfortable (not double.but two singles).
