I have stayed at the Mercure many times over the last 15 years, and each time has always been amazing. The welcome staff at the front desk is very warm and welcoming, and very proactive to do a quick check in. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hygiene levels have always been at the top. This is very important for me as a business traveller always in and out of hotels. I will be back again next year in the spring!!

good looking room, a fridge would be appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is very little and no heating when you are not in the room could be annoying, shower temperature was not always that hot. An hair diffuser and may be some other amenities available at reception to borrow would be very much appreciated.

As a regular guest of this hotel we are now on a first name basis with many staff members. That by itself is already a sign of the personal approach. There is always time for a quick chat, from the reception, to breakfast, all the way through to the drinks at the hotel bar in the evening. Rooms, lobby, breakfast room and bar create a warm atmosphere. Never had a complaint about the cleaning either. Breakfast offered is very diverse as well. We love the omelets :)
