The room was a lovely size. I was a bit disappointed there were no plates or cutlery to eat meals in the room. I had hoped to use the fridge and microwave to make meals, which is why I chose this hotel over the Ibis. We were disappointed there was no waffle maker. The room was dusty and if we wanted the room cleaned we had to ask. We did ask for extra toilet rolls and were given them. I was pleased with the toiletries in the shower. It was great having conditioner and body lotion. The staff were friendly enough. I think the hotel is suited to business people so I felt the hotel was a bit serious for my son and me. I would stay again. The hotel was in the perfect location - close to trams, buses, coaches and trains, as well as supermarkets. It was away from the main town, which made the hotel peaceful. I was charged more for the booking than the website said. Apparently Hanover charge tourist taxes. I did not know this before arrival.

Hotel locates at main train station, really in downtown. Parking is relative closed to the hotel and is not expensive (8 euro per day). Room is large and quiet. Service staffs are kindly and friendly. The only complaint I have is the room setup. Shower room and WC seem everything are pre-built and just fit in. When standing in, I feel strange and not very stable.

The location itself is very good, close to main train station and city center but the surrounding is bad. A lot of homeless, very bad smell in the main train station. The iron was missing. There was only one iron in the whole hotel, which couldn't be replaced.

Helpful staff. A few minor maintenance issues, with things like the sliding blinds in the room being damaged or missing, but not having been repaired or replaced. Not the hotel's fault, but I would encourage Accor group to lobby Hannover Police and Hannover local government about issues just outside the hotel. The area around Hannover Hbf Nordeingang and the ZOB has very visible problems with alcohol or substance abuse, which doesn't make guests feel safe as they walk to the hotel.

We have stayed regulary at your hotel, and always felt welcome. This time was different, mainly at arrival. The staff actually seemed like, they wanted to be some where else. No, grettings or welcome like, it used to be. Just a cold and clinical reception. And no welcome letter or small regognition on the room.

The rooms are spacious, but the furniture quite old and the carpets dirty. It's near the central train station, so it's not the safest part of Hannover, so we made sure to not stay out too late.

Great location near the railway station, which was also a public transport hub. Good breakfast. Affordable parking in the garage next door (not in the same building but almost, they send you instructions). Over all really good value for the price.
