Hotel and Service absolut good - very good negative: I had urgently need a presception from my doc which was sent by fax. The Colleague from the service desk told me that Novotel has no fax, but my doc has found a number in the internet. Unfortunately the fax couldn't be found. And i was urgently waiting for this.

Staff not friendly not even saying hello/good morning/good evening. Seem not to be qualified Toilette was clogged and from Saturday morning to evening nothing was solved and instead we had to change rooms and employee was zero emphatic. Breakfast is very bad, especially due to the old bread of bad quality. In the country of bread, fresh whole grain bread in different variations is the minimum. We come to the hotel every year and it seems management has changed leading to the fact that we will select a better hotel next time not to come back.
