I stay here very often when i am in Hannover for business. The hotel is in the near of main station and from there in direction to my work. The rooms were nice and well in shape. Breakfest is very good, the price in the bar were quiet good.

I arrived on the 18th at approximately 13:00, but my room was not yet available. As I was in Hannover for a conference, I asked for a place to freshen up. I was directed to the basement restrooms, which were in an unsanitary condition, with visible dirt, scattered toilet paper, and a strong unpleasant odor. It was highly inappropriate to be expected to change clothes in such an environment. This experience falls significantly short of the professionalism and hospitality standards I expect from Novotel. Regrettably, based on this incident, I cannot recommend your hotel

The heating In the room didn't operative. The personnel don't inform correctly the guests about the facilities of the hotel,do's and don'ts. The personnel VERY VERY unfriendly.They didn't smile and they were like they are boring.

It was the 6th or 7th stay in the NOVOTEL Hannover and all was as expected. The friendly stuff from desk over restaurant to housekeeping, the overall cleanliness, the facilities, everything is on high quality and it makes a good feel to return.
