Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is really nicely located in Hannover. However: Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable. Curtains always let light in so the room was never fully dark for sleeping. Room service always forgot to replace my coffee sachets so I had to call in the mornings for replacements. I booked without breakfast, but added a breakfast on one day and was delighted to see a vegan corner. I purchased the breakfast the second day for that vegan selection but unfortunately there were only a few chia seed puddings so I wasted my money.

Nice modern hotel in the usual Novotel quality. Centrally located, close to Lister Meile, and only a stone throw away from Hannover’s city forest Eilenriede. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall very recommendable.
