We sincerely regret that your arrival did not meet your expectations, and we are truly sorry to hear that you felt unwelcome during check-in. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to offer our valued guests. Please accept our apologies for the room initially assigned to you and its distance from the elevator — especially considering your age and the specific preferences that were clearly communicated in advance. We are grateful to Ms. Hollnack for understanding the situation and doing her best to provide you with a more suitable room, although we understand that it still did not fully meet your expectations.
