My room was at the far end of the floor and the card key didnt work. I had to go all the way down the hall again with my stuff and down the elevator to get a new key. When you check in late in the evening and you're very tired, its not a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed that the hotel -:part of the Accor chain- did not offer body lotion in its rooms. When I asked the reception, they didn’t have any in stock either. Hotels with far less known brands have this on hand! On top of that, the tv didn’t turn on, the shower mechanism was a struggle to use, and the room smelled dank when I entered that I had to open the windows to air the room(this despite doing online checkin and arriving at 9pm). The temperature system was also difficult to use- despite putting the temperature to 20, the vent was spewing very warm air! Thankfully, the breakfast was decent. I’d think twice about booking in Novotel Hanover again. I had a bad experience.

This is a great hotel to stay at. it is literally 60m from a metro station. The hotel is very clean, rooms are great and also, breakfast has great options.

It wasn’t as expected. Had a broken refrigerator while staying with a 3 year old. Air conditioning was set to 18 degrees but the room was constantly over heating.. Ran out of toilet paper and other minor issues you would find annoying in a 4 star hotel. Personal was kind and atmosphere was great but the facilities have room for improvement.
