The quality of the towels are old and thin. We didn’t know that there will be construction going on. Would like to have an email about the construction before arriving. We had to ask twice for shower gel, ours was empty from the start. Not our first time at the hotel, so this time was very disappointing.

I believe this is my fourth stay in your hotel . And this time I was in Hannover for my (Kenntnisse Prüfung zur Erhaltung meiner Approbation) .when I arrived luckily my room was upgraded , the view was beautiful and relaxing that I really didn’t want to leave it , room was clean , had everything I needed , . Staff is super helpful & professional. And I successfully passed my exam, so I have nothing to complain about . ☺️Thank you so much and looking forward for my next stay .

it was ok, not a 4 star though, hard beds tv didn’t work for us only for national channels even that said chrome cast was enable for netflix and not working, well located though

I stay here very often when i am in Hannover for business. The hotel is in the near of main station and from there in direction to my work. The rooms were nice and well in shape. Breakfest is very good, the price in the bar were quiet good.
