The staff made it a bit better

Gets to hotel after a 500 mile drive expecting a cooked meal and relaxing time in the bar. Turns out both were closed. This information was not passed onto us at the time of booking. So then me and my pregnant wife then had to venture out and find some food. In addition to this, when we opened the door to our room I realised there was no sofa in the room.. again I booked this based on the information on the advert (photos). This was so my wife could sit down with her feet up after the long drive. I went down to complain to the staff who could see the issue and found us a room with the sofa. So she did well.

Rooms fine, services lacking

3 of us in 3 rooms staying on a Sunday night. Arrived to find bar and restaurant closed. The single member of staff could not even get welcome drinks as the All app had failed. Please make it very clear when booking what facilities are available on what days.
