Wie immer war der Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Hotel ein schönes Erlebnis. Über den unkomplizierten Early CheckIn bis zum herausragenden Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ein schönes Erlebnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ist außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter zu erwähnen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt

Im allgemeinen gut. Systemupdates an EC-Geräten sollten aber ausserhalb der Kundenverkehrszeit durchgeführt werden. Es ist sehr schade das es in einem Mercure-Hotel kein Restaurant mehr gibt.

Advertised as having air conditioning but not working because "its not summer yet" It should be about the temperature not the season. The room was too hot and we couldn't have the windows open because of the road noise. The Hotel is very good but not if you don't get a good nights sleep tghis made it dissapointing.

Booked a room with One double bed room but got a room with 2 small beds room, well OK, could still sleep. Good breakfast and nice personnel.
