Small beds. No shampoo. 2 cans of mysli hearts for gold member. Friendly staff. Smelled smoke all the time. In the room

Very bad experience. the room was behind the lift, I couldn't sleep. I booked queen bed, and got 2 single beds.

I spent one of the two nights booked. the room was in a location that the noise of the lift continuously waked me up. the receptionist assigned that room despite asking for a quiet one. in my booking, I requested the queen bed, and I got two single beds.
