Not well located, freezing cold room on 7th floor so I had to carry all my luggage up stairs, asked a question on my booking 3 days in a row before getting an answer, phone service was terrible too, I prepaid for 5 nights, needed to leave a night early and asked for a refund voucher and after 3 days just got a no. I stay at hotels every other week and have stayed at all brands, this was my first and last experience at Mama Shelter, very very disappointing.

Dear Mama Shelter Team, I have to say I was noch stunned from my visit at Mama Shelter East. The heating did not work, which was then fixed, ok. But my main issue was the bathroom why I tried to switch rooms. The bathroom was small, not very clean and not in the best technical condition. The heatable towel holder almost fell off the wall. the tyles on the floor were damaged and scratched. On the heating rag and the bath tub I found strange stains I had to clean myself. The shower door was missing. And there was no soap dispenser which I expect to be international standard. Thursday and Friday night the music form the club disturbed me since 2100h. The room simply was not worth EUR 170,- per night. Sorry, not again!

Good size of room however very dark. Also bass sounds coming from the bars, was staying on the 2nd floor but it stopped just after midnight

Hello 🤗 ! Notre MAMA TEAM vous remercie d’avoir partagé votre ressenti suite à votre séjour Parisien ! Nous sommes ravis que votre escapade dans la capitale vous ait laissé un bon souvenir 🥰. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés pour la gêne occasionnée par le bruit du restaurant. Effectivement, nous avons une soirée DJ le jeudi, vendredi et samedi soir jusqu’une heure du matin. Sachez que nous ferons de notre mieux pour que ça ne se reproduise plus lors de votre prochaine venue soit un réel sans faute 😊 !! Toute la team MAMA a hâte de vous revoir 🧡 MAMA LOVES YOU Juliette
