This hotel is more of an Ibis then Mama. I find the rooms the sink this microwave but nothing to heat water, and many more aspects very low made. The lifts that are not synchronised. Yet the staff is super friendly! And the cost of the parking is outrages!

The room was ice cold. I complained two times. They promised to change it, but hey did not turn the heating on. Also the radiator which should be in the room to directly increase the temperature never appeared. I left the hotel with a cold.

I absolutely loved the room - totally worth the upgrade! The restaurant was fun, food and drinks were very good. Best of all - every staff member was fantastic, from housekeeping to the desk to the bar and servers.
