The experience was not as usual at mama shelter. This one was under the other that we visited before. Missing face tissue, slippers, cotton buds... extremely small and not well organized.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip. Overall, it was a good experience. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around. The service was pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the wide selection of complimentary movies. However, there were a couple of downsides. Not all staff members speak English, which sometimes made communication more difficult. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was practically non-functional and had a noticeable impact on overall comfort. Overall rating: 8/10. It would have been higher if the air conditioning had worked properly.

Room was clean and comfortable with helpful design choices. The staff was welcoming and super accommodating with early check-in, holding luggage, printing (nothing was too much trouble), and the restaurant area was great to get some work done (and the food was excellent!). Would definitely stay again and recommend!
