The Lyon branch of Mama Shelter is like the other locations that I've been to - hip, buzzing, quirky, irreverent...... but, as always, with a local flavour.

As so often we booked again this hotel in Lyon and even arrived very late at 01.00 in the morning, we were still warmly welcomed and our room was directly ready! The well known mama ambience was enjoyable in our room and all was great. In the morning we could enjoy the excellent mama breakfast buffet and the service team took lovely care of us…. Nothing to add, just book your room and enjoy …..

Front desk not well informed. Safe in room not working, had to request a fix twice. Dinner at the restaurant was awful. Food described on menu was not what arrived on plate. Left food on plate as we could not eat it.
