Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Styles Barcelona Centre and would recommend it. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of many attractions and well connected by bus and metro. The rooms were spotless throughout my stay, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel facilities are good and comfortable. The only downside was the customer service. This may have been due to language or cultural differences, but I found some staff members a little abrupt at times. Breakfast was also disappointing. While I understand it’s a European-style breakfast, I felt the quality and variety could be improved. Despite these points, I’d happily stay here again because the excellent location and cleanliness outweigh the negatives.
