The hotel looks very nice and cozy, staff was friendly and the location was perfect. There was free water/coffee/tea during the day at the Reception. Room and bathroom were nice, good size, amazing shower, but: 1) there’s no smart tv (something that a hotel chain as big as Ibis should offer) and the mattress was too hard (they said it was the “new” bed, but it’s not comfortable at all). Other than that, I paid for breakfast and shoudn’t have done it, because it was bad. Poor variety, even the basics were not provided (like cream cheese).

Great location and friendly staff. Our courtyard-facing room was quiet, no street noise at all. The card-only access system — for the entrance, elevator, and stairwell — is a nice security touch. On the downside, the bed creaks and the mattress has seen better days. The bedside phone jack didn't work; had to plug it into the outlet on the opposite wall. Breakfast is limited but fine if you're only staying a night or two. Overall, solid for a short trip, but I'd look elsewhere for anything longer than 2–3 days.
