We truly appreciate your regular stays with us and are pleased to know that you are generally satisfied with our rooms, service, and staff. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your recent stay. We are very sorry to hear about the fallen lamp cover in the hallway, which could have caused an accident. Your safety is our top priority, and we have shared this matter with our Engineering team for immediate inspection and corrective action. We also apologize that your room was not cleaned on 3 July despite your request, and that the hand soap was not replenished as requested. This does not reflect our usual service standards, and we have addressed this with our Housekeeping team to prevent a recurrence. Furthermore, we sincerely regret the inconvenience regarding your request to split the receipt between the room and laundry charges. As a valued returning guest who has successfully requested this service during previous stays, we understand your frustration. We apologize for the delay and for the longer check-out process, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure such requests can be handled more efficiently, regardless of the day of the week.
