Blankets were not clean, the door lock did not worked properly, the cradle they gave me for my baby was not clean, I wanted to do a modification in my way of payment and my invoice and they did not allow me to do it, they say te their system is different and even if other ibis has done that for me before they can’t “they are special”. In addition to this their English level need to be improve, they are no able to understand all the requests and if they are they are not able to explain themselves… it’s really hard to communicate.

Good standard of hotel, simple, clean effective and efficient. Check-in / check-out very seamless. Very comfortable bed and shower. The only reason for scoring 7 and not 9 is the air conditioning. It worked very well, but we were not allowed to adjust the temperature - this feature was disabled and fixed at 22C. This was too hot for our liking and hence made it more difficult to get a pleasant nights sleep.
