Bonjour Monsieur, j'ai essayé de vous joindre par téléphone et je vous ai contacté par mail afin de vous répondre à vos remarques comme convenu avec notre réceptionniste la veille. tout ceci est resté sans réponse. : effectivement le choix du type de chambres ( pour 2 et pour 3 )ne se situe pas au même étage donc difficulté d'avoir des chambres communicantes. concernant le kit 3eme couchage, celui ci vous a été changé lors de votre arrivée. Planned as an intermediate stop to break up the trip to southern France. For that, it’s conveniently located and the shopping center across the street is an additional plus. Staff are friendly and the optional breakfast was nice.

Rooms should have been linked a they were on different floors. One blanket and and cushion was stinking of pee. Poor cleaning. Horrible hotel. Lady in the morning was nice and kind.

Was allocated a disabled room on arrival. Could i have done this online when booking? I didnt see it. Breakfast good but no bottled water obvious and fruit water was empty and no attempt to refill

The en suite was designed for a wheelchair user. However there was nowhere to hang à towel either for the shower or wash basin nor any kind of shelf to place toiletries.

We like that we can just check in at any time, no need to deal with any receptionist. The bed that we got has a topper on it, so we slept very well. We find it very comfortable. The hotel is also just 400 meters from a Tesla supercharger, so we were able to leave the car charging while checking in. We have a trailer connected to the car and we didn't encounter any problem parking. We would choose this hotel as our stopping point to rest/sleep when we travel NL-Spain and vice versa

Basic rooms, very clean, comfortable bed, loads of hot water, easy check in via a machine in the lobby using your reference number and free parking. The only improvement would be a kettle, cups and tea, coffee and milk sachets in the room but there are vending machines in the lobby for snacks and drinks along with a microwave. The hotel is very close to the motorway.

We checked in about 10.30pm and we were gone by 5.44am. Even at this time a lady was on reception expecting us. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and spacious for what we wanted.

I had a good overall stay at this hotel. The check-in was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the very friendly receptionist, especially the night staff who helped me check in, and give me the garage code. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and although the toilet felt a bit small, it was still slightly bigger than in other Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at in France. The elevator and flooring were fine, and I liked the modern door system with entry codes, though I personally prefer card keys since my mom found it a bit hard to remember and use the room code. The main issue I faced was with the parking. Since this hotel shares the parking area with the regular Ibis next door, the lot was full when I arrived. There is an underground garage, but it requires a code to enter, which isn’t very convenient for drivers. Overall, the stay was pleasant
