Bed bugs again

I had bed bugs from same hotel Ibis blue in chalon, on two separate occasions. I got bitten a lot and also had to send clothes to dry cleaners. I was told i would get an email to get a refund for the business i work for but never got one.

Bathroom needs serious attention

The bathroom smelt very strongly of sulphur / damp / mold - the shower glass leaked so the floor was soaking after a shower The rooms are tired looking but it was a quick stop en route home

Les chambres ne sont pas du niveau d’un ibis rouge! Vétuste… quand nous sommes platinium chez accor, la réception ne semble pas savoir à quoi cela correspond. Ils demandent emprunte de la cb quand le règlement est déjà effectué ?? Une ambiance pas très courtoise, même à la partie restaurant.

Bonjour , Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas reçu l'accueil souhaité , et que la chambre n'ait pas convenu , elles ont été faites il y a 6/7 ans , le mot vétuste est peut être un peu fort ? Cordialement Catherine D.
