The room was clean and the accommodations were overall satisfying but there was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body cream. There was only one soap for everything. This is really the only negative point because with long hair it is a disaster.

Room had been refurbished since my last stay here and was nice. Breakfast was to the usual high standard of Ibis Hotels. The stairs were out of action because of ongoing work. Our silver membership brings few benefits but one is a welcome drink. Never before have we been expected to share the drink. It was as if to say one of us was welcome and the other was not.

The room looked clean but in the bathroom there was splashed feces on the wall by the toilet?!? And an empty coke can under the bed! Ate in the restaurant and they said there was no vegetarian option for children. I suggested they make them the pasta dish but sub the sauce for a tomato sauce I had seen elsewhere on the menu. They said this wasn’t possible and brought out two bowls of plain spaghetti for my kids! €10 a bowl!! We contested it and it took asking THREE people for someone to take them away and return with a bit of tomato sauce. The kids desert was meant to be compote but it was fermented. The meal cost a huge amount and we hardly ate anything. The whole experience was fairly stressful after a long drive and the manner of the folk working there made it feel not really an option to contest anything. We usually stay in ibis nord and not this one, will never stay here again!

Well placed hotel for travelling to the Alps or South of France. Nice and clean, functional and friendly service. Only complaint is the removal of the egg boiling machine 🥲 our daughter was very disappointed ☹️
