my shower bottle soap was empty. i used a cup to collect soap from the other bottle and left it like that but was still not refilled. The restuarant service was not good as i made a reservation but when arriving they were putting me on a high bar chair while everyone else that came in was moved to normal tables. at breakfast some of the food was finished for more than 15 min and did ask to replace it

We stopped off at Chalon on the way to the south of France. Check in very efficient, meals were great, restaurant busy, but had to wait no time at all for food. Breakfast next morning was substantial. Check out was easy. Well done. Look forward to our return visit on our way home to Scotland next week

The room was clean and the accommodations were overall satisfying but there was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body cream. There was only one soap for everything. This is really the only negative point because with long hair it is a disaster.
