Very close to BTS staion, a lot of food and massage around, location is perfect. Hotel is new with comfortable rooms, and stunning view from rooftop bar - very recommended. Breakfast was great. Sukhumvit side rooms can be noisy at night. In general it is great hotel anyway.

The room was pleasantly clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. A deposit is required upon arrival, which I was not aware of when making the booking. It would be helpful if guests were made aware of this requirement during the booking process. However, I am grateful that the staff were understanding and kindly waived the deposit for us. When i asked for early checkin, i was asked for 1000 baht, which was too costly compared to other Hotels, the location outside the Hotel was pretty shabby, the support staff i interacted were not warm or friendly, which makes the experience pretty bad, once you have had a long overnight flights. Furniture and decor is not comfotable enough, there does not seem enough warmth to the place. The room service food was good.

Great stay, I return when I visit Bangkok. Excellent location for transport BTS. Clean, modern rooms, and friendly staff.
