My bathroom was not clean, But as I arrived later than expected and tired, I did mention it directly. Then my door was not secure, because the back locker system was not there anymore. Meaning that, someone could come inside my room if knocked without any answer from me.

Not heated room arriving. "Robinet" not fixed in the bathroom . Waiting time at the restaurant, beef served rare when ordered medium.

Chambre vieillissante plus de cell douche et climatisation à part faire du bruit n’est a peu près tout. La literie est dans le même état. Cette hôtel n’est absolument pas dans le standard Accor et encore moins pour un Mercure Très sincèrement je voyage beaucoup et je ne retournerais jamais dans cet hôtel
