After we received the reservation confirmation, we contacted them because we thought we booked friday to saturday but since the calendar was beginning by sunday, we booked thursday to friday. They did not reply to our 100 calls and emails, leaving us with the only solution to book another room and not any refund

We stayed in a triple room - it was well spaced out and had a good bathroom. Parking was secure and it was close enough to Versailles (for the money). The biggest issue was the midnight fire alarm and lack of staff who seemed to respond to it and update the other visitors.
