Very good service! Customer service can speak fluently in English and the environment is nice. In fact, i booked the wrong room on Trip.com, and they managed to let me change my room type on the spot Location wise, very close to Myeondong street, hence a very good location to stay

I was stay ibis style ambassador Seoul myeodong! near by train station, the staff was very very nice because kindly specially “jun” was very nice staff!!big care for my stay! Comfortable and good memory korea trip for me. Next day I comeback again this hotel
