We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our visit. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. A special mention to the Housekeeping team, who were very responsive and quick whenever we requested assistance. We also truly appreciated the Front Office team, especially Maya and Mavzuna, who were lovely, welcoming, and made us feel well taken care of. Nasir was also very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to remember the names of the Concierge and some of the Housekeeping team members, but I would also like to recognize them for their active assistance and excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the genuine hospitality of the team made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcome—we truly appreciate it and would be happy to stay again!

The hotel is nice and clean albeit a bit dated and could do with a refurb. Room service upon arrival [at midnight] was quick and they rang my room to confirm the order (a single pate burger). When it arrived it was a double pate burger and they charged me for the two despite explaining I only ordered a single. The next day I ordered room service I waited over an hour, then I received a phone call to say it would be another 20 minutes. It was only a tuna sandwich! I cancelled the order and forced to go out for food I went to the cafe in reception and got the same sandwich in less than 10 minutes!! Don't bother with room service! Breakfast is good with very attentive staff and good selection. Upon checkout, I was not even out of the lift and one of the reception ladies was calling me over waving a piece of paper at me which asks you to review the hotel and mention her name (printed on the paper). How can you review a member of staff you have had no interaction with or even spoken to!?? I assumed they get a bonus if their name is mentioned! Not very professional behaviour for reception staff, very pushy tactics. Overall a pleasant stay for my first time but will probably be my only stay in this hotel.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I visit Abu Dhabi. The staff are always effective, friendly, and willing to help. The room was spacious with all necessary amenities. Thank you for making our trip stress free by being well located, having great facilities from the parking (both valet and self parking), pool and jacuzzi to the studio with a good washing machine. Also we would like to thank Kahani from housekeeping for taking care of us when bringing whatever we need. Thank you to the reception team who matched our needs with high floor non smoking unit. Lastly, I thought I was booking on my company’s corporate rate and therefore getting points. However it seems the booking landed through third party so I believe I will not receive the points although I’m a valued Accor Limitless member.
