Perfect from start to finish! Only a one night stay, wish it had been longer. Short taxi ride from Ferry Terminal, so close to shopping centre and Hypermarket. A Short walk over the bridge into town centre. Great Breakfast, although seemed a little strange to cook our own eggs. A bed to die for, best nights sleep in a long time.

We only manage to stay for short visits to Mercure Cherbourg, but we are always made to feel most welcome. The staff checked with me to make sure our assigned room would be suitable as I have reduced mobility. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour with its clever retracting footbridge. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. Looking forward to staying here again
