Could not collect my All Accor points after payment was made. Service person made no effort to suppress their smile about it. Breakfast missed items daily. Colleague missed his electrical toothbrush a couple of days after which it returned to his room without any explanation.

I think my colleague explained to you that in Ibis budget we can not collect the Accor points as it is a economic hotel. In that case you have a reduction on the room only. Location is good but a bit out of town. Atmosphere was nice. Room was spotless and the bathroom the same spotless. It was really good value for money. No noise to speak of very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and any requests were not an issue. Everything went really well, will stay there again if i am back in this area.

A very pleasant and enjoyable stay, room very clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful and any request was promptly dealt with. The room would benefit with a kettle provided for tea and coffee making. The breakfast could be enhanced if you provided some hot food like eggs, sausages/ bacon and also fresh fruit. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, staff very helpful and a reasonable price , we had an enjoyable stay,
