Have stayed in this hotel a few times, has always been a pleasant experience. This time especially as reception lady Marie was very welcoming and helpful throughout. All staff were very friendly but special mention for Marie!

On arrival were advised that dinner was not availsble due to a bus tour arriving. Found a good restaurant locally so did not have dinner the second of our two nights. I was celebrating a significant birthday so that was a negative. It seems appropriate that members who reserve a privilege room should not be ignored.

We were not aware of your birthday celebration.. Otherwise, we would have made your stay more special ! :) Moreover, it is true that the restaurant was close due to the privatisation by a large group. Nonetheless, we are glad that you found a good restaurant for your special day. Once again, we thank you for telling us (eventhough we cannot be of any help now..). Sebastian and his staff were outstanding. We were there from r the 80th anniversary of DDay and they were very welcoming to our group. They could have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service is exemplary. I highly recommend the Hotel Mercure.

The hotel is a credit to the Mercure group. The staff could not be more accommodating, the restaurant was excellent and the bar stuff were especially friendly and attentive. An all-round excellence Stay, will definitely be back.
