Dear Mrs and Mr, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the comfort of your room as well as the friendliness of our team. Regarding the mattress, it is actually the topper you can see on the bed, which may give the impression that the mattress itself is moving. We will nevertheless check to ensure optimal comfort. As for the bathroom, some of our rooms are equipped with modular units made from composite materials, which fully comply with Ibis brand standards while ensuring practicality and easy maintenance.
