Pleasant stay recently. Room was comfortable however the mattress kept moving off the bed. While the shower pressure was excellent, I was surprised the toilet & shower unit was a plastic unit. Having paid 93 euros for 1 night accommodation, I expected a better standard bathroom for 3 star accommodation. Staff were all very pleasant.

Regarding the mattress, it is actually the topper you can see on the bed, which may give the impression that the mattress itself is moving. We will nevertheless check to ensure optimal comfort. As for the bathroom, some of our rooms are equipped with modular units made from composite materials, which fully comply with Ibis brand standards while ensuring practicality and easy maintenance. I have mobility problems but do not need a wheelchair which in this bedroom it would be impossible to get passed the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom seemed designed the wrong way round as the shower was right at the door instead of being as far from the door as possible. The whole hotel was tired and for what you got was expensive.

The layout — including the positioning of the bathroom and shower — follows regulatory guidelines designed to ensure safety and comfort for guests with reduced mobility. In addition, our hotel underwent a full renovation at the end of 2023. We’re therefore surprised by your comment regarding the general condition of the property, but we do acknowledge that perceptions can vary.
