I stayed at Mercure Bandung City because I had joined membership of All Accor Explorer. I disappointed because I've not got compliment as members anymore.

It was always wonderful to stay at Mercure Bandung city center, staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to the great service of the restaurant at the pool staff, very informative and helpful to accommodate my needs. My only downside was the food at breakfast was quite the same but no complaint about the taste.
