Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, especially related to the air conditioning, bathroom drainage, and noise disturbance in the rooms. We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations as our valued guest and Accor member. Please be assured that our team immediately responded upon receiving the report regarding room 623 at around 08.06 AM and conducted an initial checking. Our engineering team also offered to proceed with the repair, however, we understood your decision to decline the repair at that moment as you needed to prepare for work and your check-out schedule. Nevertheless, we fully understand how uncomfortable the situation must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been shared with our related departments for immediate follow-up and improvement, particularly regarding the AC maintenance, bathroom drainage system, and room soundproofing quality. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service and facilities for a better guest experience in the future.
