My 2nd stay within 3 months while I was in Bandung. Love the hotel & the vibes it gave. Very professional, attentive to detail and friendly staff throughout. From the bell service, front desk office, housekeeping & wait staff at the restaurant including the rooftop pool bar, all of them were very committed serving with warmth & smile. Good level of English proficiency and love when they speak Bahasa Indonesia as I felt more welcome. Check in was a breeze as I did an online check-in before arrival. The room was ready for my arrival with welcome greetings (as it was the holidays season) on the wall mirror. That was a lovely touch. Lovely room with good lighting, efficient AC (already on for my arrival), great selection of TV channels, comfortable bed with great pillows and clean sheets, thick, clean towels, premium toilet rolls and good water pressure in the shower. Had many meals at the restaurant. Great selection of local & western dishes to choose from the ala carte menu. Selected local dishes throughout as they were superb!!! Love the outdoor seating (smoking) with several tables as well as sofas. Had drinks at the rooftop bar with magnificent view of the city. Love the staff there as they interacted very well with all guests including children using the pool. I only wish that it has more elevators as the 2 that it has is not sufficient especially during high occupancy and peak period. All in all, it was a great stay, and I had a very good time with The Mercure Bandung City Centre.

perfect location on the center of the city, the staff specially on the breakfast place were so friendly and polite, the keep asking you what do you need and help us with it, the food apparently not bad at all for buffet, the suite room was so spacious

A little e bit problem with water dispenser at the Hotel corridor. Since at 19:00 until in the morning around 09.00, hotell staff did'nt refill the water. so we cannot refill aur tumbler
