We would like to share our concerns regarding our stay. We have stayed at several Accor hotels before, but unfortunately this experience has been quite disappointing. For room 622, the AC was not cold and the room felt very warm. For room 623, the bathroom drainage was not functioning properly, causing water to overflow outside the shower area. In addition, this morning the AC suddenly short-circuited and caused the electricity in the room to go out completely. After that, it could not be turned on again, making the room extremely hot while we were getting ready to check out for work purposes. Additionally, both rooms were very noisy and not soundproof at all. The traffic noise from outside was excessively loud and could be clearly heard inside the room. We often stay at hotels located near main roads, but this was far noisier than expected. We hope this feedback can be taken seriously and improved for future guests. Thank you.

I am pleased to stay in Mercure Bandung which is so comfy for bed and room. The staff so helpful and provide warm hospitality. Unfortunately I had bad experience when I parked my car parallel beside the 'vertical garden', my car had many dripped water from watering session in the morning. It leaves white stain in my car which need to be polished in car saloon. Should the gardener aware about the effect watering the garden in the morning when many cars still taking parking. The food for breakfast a bit boring, especially for the buffet.
