Even it is close by airport, but it’s not too far away from the city. Easy and quick to travel to center by train. Walking distance to train station and bus station. Accommodation is comfortable And staff is friendly. Will be back if go to Sidney again

Another pleasant stay at the Pullman at Sydney Airport. It is a good base for appointments in the eastern suburbs. Only a short walk to catch a bus (or train or plane). Enjoyed the canapes both evenings of my stay (I don't always arrive in time) and the fare on offer this time was excellent. A great way to relax at the end of a long drive or busy day. Breakfast was as good as ever - hats off to the chef for delicious omelettes each morning. I very much appreciated the amenity in the room, as well. Staff always friendly and helpful.

i booked the hotel on line.. as i normally do as i am a repeat client. my meeting changed so i had to change the date of my stay. you kindly officered me a credit to use within 3 months.. this is did but when i went to rebook the same room with breakfast i was told i could only get a standard room and breakfast not included.. for the same price as the credit. your staff are great.. polite and courteous. i did discover on getting out of the shower on the first morning that the room was missing its bath towels... managed with the hand towels. large stain in the carpet of the room. overall not your usual standard. i fly to Sydney approx every 2-3 months i will consider other hotels now
