The rooms were much grottier than expected, things were stained the floor was really quite grotty and super stained and the wall in the bathroom had heaps of mould and a big gathering of grit at the top of it. The light in the bathroom mirror was three parts one colour and then one part another and for a five star hotel I definitely didn’t feel like I got a five star experience to be honest

Could not fault the stay. From check in to check out, staff were exceptional. Rooms were beautiful and exceeded our expecation. We did have an issue with the aircon but the team had a technician attend within an hour to sort and offered to move us if problem persisted - was not required. We took advantage of the executive club on this stay which was a fantastic service - highly recommended. Breakfast was stunning as was our dinner on site Overall, I could not speak highly enough of your hotel and team and look forward to staying again.
