Nice and polite staff , but too many engineering and practical problems: -left lift stuck at level 7 for days -no window to open in room 203 -TV freezing constantly in room 203 -only one towel -glasses, cups egg-holders missing at breakfast and : no power adapter available for loan for EU guests

Well located, very clean, comfortable, loved the decor and the positive messaging displayed throughout the entire hotel. The only thing I felt was missing was a microwave that guests could use to warm up meals.
